Staff unfriendly and obviously nothing to do with their customers! I came from far away on purpose for a creaking problem in the trunk in my laguna coupe yesterday, I got out a mind-blowing price range from 200 to 1000 for a search for noise when it probably comes from a manufacturing defect on the assembly line at the trunk. Of course my car from 2012 is no longer guaranteed they refuse any support because it is not a mechanical breakage. Technocentre experts on forums have injected a resin into the uprights of the trunk to alleviate the problem. But when I asked if there was a history I was told that no there was nothing without even bothering to check. Between that and the cracking problems of the well-known RENAULT dashboard of the laguna 3 for a car sold for 40,000, it's just grotesque the work of amateurs. Renault can't even recognize its mistakes. Never again in my life will I buy a car from this brand they disgusted me.
