Really a great experience and a very good dealership, I ate good, dranked cold water, all while waiting for my new fresh 2017 GMC Terrain, and all I was there to do was to get parts for my old car. Fody made it seriously happen for me. Yep!

he was fast and friendly and got what i needed the next day.
i called Mike in service, he got me in,made the repair and more and got me out in the same day. great teamwork,.they did not care that i bought my car elsewhere. good customer service. free shuttle was very nice too.
every one was nice and friendly and wearing masks.
I had no been there since grossinger days and the place looks clean and modern now.

This is the first time I have brought my car for service. I bought my car when the dealership use to be Grossinger and so I did not know what to expect. I found Zeigler Buick to be very professional. They greeted me and were very attentive to my car's needs. I sat in the comfortable waiting room which also had free Wi-Fi. In less than an hour, my car was ready to go. I would highly recommend this service department.

This was my worst experience ever. I have been coming to this shop for years. I have spent over 10k in service and repairs to have the outcome I had today.
I took my Stx to get a grand flush and to find out why my trunk will no longer open.
After being there for 2 hours the sales rep (who was the only reasonable person there) comes up to me to tell me my flush was completed and that they found my transmission lines to be leaking and that it will be 420 to replace them.
I proceed to tell them they change the lines previously at my last visit. Once this was confirmed the sales rep went to speak to the manager.
When he returns he now tells me it's not the lines but the entire radiator that will cost me 1800...
After arguing that this was a mistake on their end management would not budge to I decline the work and ask for the original service I brought my car into for.
Another 30 minutes go by and the sale reps returns with my bill stating " we did not diagnose the trunk problem but we need you to pay for it today and come back another day and pay again to find out what was going on."
At this point I refused to pay for anything other than the trans flush which after another meeting with the manager was approved.
When getting my car returned to me it is always washed and clean after all service they return my car unwashed and dirty for the mechanic who had serviced it.

I will never go there again and I recommend everyone to stay as far away as possible from this service shop.

Worst dealership service every went in for service , had to have brakes replaced. Was supposed to take a four days, never got a phone call to tell me the part was in. I called twice to get status and as for the service staff to update me. Ever got a call back. Even called and asked to speak to speak to a service manager never received a callback from Roger either. Called back again ask to speak with the service manager Roger and that was three days ago . Do Not go here find another dealership

Customer service was nice. They quoted me a price that was 200 for the transmission flush service on the phone. After I drove to the shop, however, they changed the price to 600 because he said the car required more expensive fluid. This problem could have been fixed if they looked up the right fluid needed for my car over the phone. This would have saved me time and money on gas.

EDIT: I talked with gm customer service and another dealership. I also verified my fluid type with gm customer service forums on their website. It took me 2 days to figure out that I only needed the 200 dollar service and the more expensive fluid was for a completely different transmission. Customer service at zeigler agreed with me and verified my findings. I give 2 stars because I could have easily been naive and just paid for the wrong service.

I went in yesterday to test drive a few different cars. I ended up being there a lot longer than expected but Ricardo and the Zeigler team were so on top of answering my and my husbands many questions and concerns that the time really flew by. I felt very educated in my options and confident in my final decision. I went back today to drop something off and they were all very welcoming and curious how things were going. I am so excited for our new car for our growing family. I would highly recommend Zeigler!

I must say this was a wonderful car buying experience. I came to Zeigler looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everything I wanted on it. I ended up going to another dealership. I decided to stop looking at 2017s a move forward onto the 2020s. I didn't like the terms of other dealership. I was thinking about going back to Zeigler to give them a shot on a 2020, and what do you know? Jeff called me out of the blue to check on me. I made it known that I was now interested in a 2020. I told Jeff my terms and what the other dealership was offering. Not only did I get a 2020 Escalade, but Zeigler gave me a better discount and top notch service. Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting on me. Jeff took good care of me. Rick (manager) and the entire team made sure it was a smooth process. Now we know when we get to the financing part that is where we have to sit there watch them peck at that dam calculator. Well that was a smooth process as well. I said, "Lord you want me to have my birthday present!" Let's just say, I never brought the same vehicle twice. I currently still have a paid-for 2008 Esclade. However, I don't think there is any luxury truck that can beat the Escalade. Big ups to the entire staff at Zeigler . I HATE buying cars and I hate sitting with the financing guy. As I do not have bad credit, but that part of the process works my NERVES. Lisa sealed the deal and made it a smooth process. jeff held up to his end of the deal. Jeff made it even more special because not only did he deliver the truck to the south side of Chicago from Lincolnwood, he also took me to lunch for my birthday. We were in the market to buy a new car so we started looking on Autotrader.com. Found a vehicle at Zeigler Auto Group in Lincolnwood. Made the call and spoke with Kyle who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle is not in sales but was able to give me the basic info I needed. Once Kyle knew what I was looking for he talked to Ramon (Ray) Jando in sales who quickly called me, knowing what I was looking for, and informed me of another deal that was on the lot. We drove down to Lincolnwood from Wisconsin and got the deal of a lifetime. Ray was polite, knowledgeable and of course friendly. Ray really took care of us throughout the entire process. Ray had all the answers to our questions and we will highly recommend him. Lisa Yassin in finance could not have explained everything better. Ziegler Auto Group in Lincolnwood will definitely get a huge recommendation from us. A great team who did a great job with us!

I'm a practical guy and don't really spend too much time at places, but Carlos made my time here really comfortable. That whole ringing the bell after you purchase a car is on point! I posted the same review on their Facebook page and was removed today. I called management and asked why they removed my review and he (management) stated because I had false information. After 13 minutes of conversation and hearing Fady and my side of the story, he did admit that there were a miscommunication and lack of transparency on the salesperson's part. The P.P RECONDITION or Paint Protection fee for $1198 was an optional package that Fady failed to mention to us and instead of being upfront, he wasted four hours of our time trying to make us buy the package. I also mentioned to management that instead of deleting all the bad reviews from their Facebook, add comments so people know that the issues are being resolved and are working towards 100% satisfaction. By deleting bad reviews, you're just hiding all the skeletons in the closet. As for training for a salesperson...I'll just let that for management to handle.

I ve bought many cars over the years from private and dealerships, used, pre-owned, and brand new. This store surprised me on so many levels of wasting people's time and adding additional cost to the advertised price. This is going to be a long review but it s a warning to stay away from these kinds of dealerships. I don t know if it s just the salesperson or management but this dealership is a fraud/scam.

My brother and I made an appointment at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020 to check out a 2012 Toyota Sienna, priced at $13,701 from their website and AutoTrader.com. We drove three hours from WI because of a great deal on the van and also there were a lot of high reviews from Google. We arrived and met a salesperson named Fady S. and the usual happened with us getting the car keys and test driving the car. Fady came inside the van with us to help us navigate around. We noticed some rattle noises from the dashboard and the two main sliding doors weren t working along with some panels taken apart. After test driving, we asked them to fix the rattle noise from the dashboard and make sure both the sliding doors are working properly. Fady told us it ll be around 2-3 hours before they can fix it and he ll give us a call back when it s done.

Two hours later we arrived back and Fady said they haven t finished fixing the issues with the car (van). We decided to work out some numbers and start the paperwork. My brother was going to trade in his car but their offer was so low we rejected the offer for trade-in value. What caught my attention from the price breakdown piece of paper was a mystery price called *P.P. RECONDITION at $1198. Fady said they add new things to the car such as carpets, filters, oil, etc. I was completely shocked that they would add additional price to the sticker price when we never request them to maintenance the car. Fady kept saying they have to add these fees because it s a used car and the car needed them. My brother and I disagreed with the RECONDITION fees and asked them to take the fees out. Each time Fady went to talk to his manager, we would have to wait about 20-30 minutes before he comes back with a new price.

Fady came back and said the best he can do was to cut the RECONDITION fee in half at $599. Is it legal for dealerships to be adding anything to the car and add those prices on top of the sticker price during the negotiation phase? If dealerships add four brand new tires, filters, carpets, etc. without the buyer s consent at the time of making a deal, can they legally just add those prices to the car? This is what they called a BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!

After many, many, many back-and-forths with Fady, we did not buy the car and left around 5:30 PM. Six hours of wasting useless back-and-forth between Fady and the manager when all of this could have been resolved quicker. Another six hours wasted driving to deal with this kind of dealership and instead of helping out the customers, they try to scam us.

Great people and great service here. My salesman Victor explained to me every detail on my car which made the buying transition very comfortable and easy. Special thanks to the manager Rick, and service who made this a possible and positive experience. I will definitely be back with my wife for a car for herself.

The salesman Amadeus did a good job dealing with me. He took pictures of the vehicle (since it wasnt posted completely) sent them to me and did an inspection to ensure me it was worth my time to come out as I live over an hour from the dealer. We did the test drive and he did a good job dealing with "the powers to be." I'd give him a 4.8 stars. Overall he did work hard for me. I'd highly recommend working with Amadeus.

What i didnt like is that the vehicle had these extra charges not disclosed that I had to deal with. It was my 3rd experience negotiating for a vehicle this go-around, this one was better as they did end up working with me on the price and I ended up buying the vehicle. Some of these bumps would make me give the dealer a 4 star rating.

Their finance girl Lisa had her stuff together and I literally spent 10 minutes with her. She got a 5 star rating.

Would I come back again? Yes I would. I know what I'm dealing with.

After reading some of the reviews here i'm not as surprised by my experience anymore. Classic bait and switch. Advertised a huge discount but when I went in apparently I just happened to not qualify for the discounts. Salesman was totally douchey, wasted a lot of my time, and actually had the nerve to say something along the lines of "if we didn't advertise it like that, how else would we have gotten you in here"

They couldn't even be bothered to extend me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know what was going on with my car. When I called I was bounced around from person to person and was not given any information. To add insult to injury, was finally told a day later that it was going to cost $800.00 dollars to find out what was wrong with my car. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would.

They put sale price online with a very vague description, so I called them to double check before I drive 1 hour to their location, and talked to the internet sales manager who told me the sale is available to everyone with no requirements. Of course, when I arrived, they said that I need to fill in a survey to see if I am eligible for that offer, and of course because I am not in the military nor graduated in the past two years or work in the education industry, the car price ended being 10K higher than the internet sale price. Worst experience from dishonest people.
