We have owned many different makes of cars but this was our first experience with GMC. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by Wayne T. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the vehicles that met our needs. Wayne was a very knowledgeable and professional salesperson and we highly recommend him. When we decided on the Terrain, Wayne, Joon , and John made the final steps for the purchase seamless. We are looking forward to a great relationship with Zeigler GMC !

I did get an Acura tl 2005 last Friday March 8th and after 40 miles the transmission is gone. I took back the car to the dealer and the seller and manager told me that they can't do something for me. They told I have to pay for the reparation. I'm very disappointed with the costu.er service because the fail was 1 day after th purchase. What can I do??????

After dealing with the usual awful experiences of car buying at another dealership, we decided to look at a vehicle at Zeigler. We were approached by Nick, who was incredibly genuine in his approach. He was happy to stay well after his shift had ended and work out the smaller details with us. The whole process from start to finish was wonderful. Very laid back atmosphere and straightforward.
They started working on my truck and soon as I dropped it off, and it was done the next day. Truck came back clean and fixed. The service man, David, was very professional, friendly, and accommodating.
My family worked with Kyle sims to purchase a new vehicle being a large and rambunctious family he was so kind and patent with us what a terrific sales man.

We were very pleased with Zeigler Buick Cadillac. Our salesman, Matthew was very knowledge and cared about our needs for a new car. We highly recommend Zeigler Buick and ask for Matthew.
The sales guy was fantastic, however I chose to go through a different dealership because of extreme false advertisement, they advertise with $4000 of rebates included that you don't necessarily qualify for, when I called they told me the price would be what is advertised plus taxes/fees and a $250 dealer fee, what they don't tell you is they want you to pay for $2500 in upgrades that they add on even though the sticker says optional. Long story short advertised for 15,283 plus 2,500 in taxes etc but tried to charge 24,000 at first then when I said I wouldn't go above advertised price they got it to 20,000 with fees etc, that's $5000 more than advertised. Really regret wasting hours of my day dealing with these con artists.

Service is slow, customer service is inadequate, and the prices don t reflect what s advertised online.
I will not be using Zeigler Buick again. When I came for my appointment yesterday, they had me fill out paperwork and sit in the waiting room. Because they estimated a 90 minute wait, I walked over to the mall. Turns out, they missed a piece of paperwork. They tried calling me over the intercom. Why wouldn t they try to contact me via phone?
When I returned an hour later, they told me they hadn t started to work on my car, and I had to wait another 90 minutes in the waiting room. Then, they tried charging $100, which is double the price shown in the My GMC app (which is how I scheduled the appointment).
I've been a little reluctant to go to the dealership to get a new car because of the economy. Luckily I met Carlos and he made this whole transaction a lot easier. Now I'm leasing a brand new ct4! Thank you Carlos and Zeigler for this amazing experience!

I had a confirmed, locked-in internet price from Jacqui Hoffman. When I arrived at the dealership to purchase, Ray Jando took over and did not honor that price. He threw on ~$4,500 of extras (really just pinstriping and door moulding) - and did nothing but lie to me throughout the process. It took over an hour of "negotiation" to get Zeigler the already agreed upon price. I asked for my trade-in keys to be returned twice (they weren't) and was ready to call 911 to get my old car back. I folded when Zeigler honored their earlier commitment.
I came in looking to trade in for an SUV. Kyle Sims helped me find options in my price range and I walked out with a Cadillac Escalade. Thanks for your help Kyle.

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer and later found out the AC wasn't working. It was the end of winter when I purchased the truck. I tried to use my WARRANTY to fix it and they told me it was corroded. Which means they purposely sold me it corroded, so I can come back and spend money. If you buy anything from this place CHECK EVERYTHING!
Really disappointed with how this dealership has gone from bad to worse when they bought Ms. Grossinger. Whether it's the parts department being ignorant to you, or the service director giving you an immediate attitude, there seems to be a constant velocity of decline with service. Being a former employee doesn't make me bitter, makes me feel I made the right decision by leaving. Please appreciate the mechanics here, they bust their chops for back breaking work and low pay.

Wish I could give zero stars . First , I own a Cadillac ATS and I brought my car in because I had no radio ( no sound , steering wheel controls , no screen display other then time . Now , my parents have owned a shop for 25+ years and we figured a module went out . Well we were right , the radio module has taken the diving bored and the tech that worked on my car was great , We had a good chat about cars and how they used to be etc ( I have ASE certificates ) so just some mechanic small talk . Now they ordered my parts on Tuesday , said they would be in on Wednesday. So to give them time ( because we all know it s coming from a 3rd party ) I came back Thursday .... still no part .... no Answear s .... now I live in Indiana and choose to come here because I drop cars here all the time ( I m a tow truck driver and do work along side AAA) and this place always seemed friendly ! Boy was I wrong , worst customer service in the world !!!! Told me to call ahead of time and I wouldn t have wasted my time.... well I did and the lady said no ones at the desk and she would have someone call me back .... well no one did ... smh first and last time I ever buy a Cadillac. At least when I owned my BMW they were able to appreciate me as a customer ........
My experience with Fady was great. Very helpful explaining the model differences and vehicle options. He helped me find a discount program that I didn't even realize I was eligible for.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had an amazing experience at this place and I want to tell you why! My husband and I had a horrible experience at a different dealership the day before and it was bad, it was so disappointing That I didn t even think there was a chance we would be able to get a vehicle right now or anytime soon for that matter and thats literally what they told us, that no bank will Work with us until we can make our credit look better on paper. I was HEARTBROKEN because I didn t expect to hear that at all. Yes we were aware of our score being down a little but my husband has an a good job, makes enough money, has almost perfect payment history and good history with his credit, but his score dropped because of a few minor things and until it could be fixed we were screwed we thought. All of this was so disappointing because we needed a 3 row vehicle badly, we have four children now and with a new baby we have three car seats.... and well 3 car seats and a 4th child do not fit in a regular back seat. I had called Zeigler about a used 2017 GMC Acadia but decided not to go to the appointment after what happened the day before so I called and cancelled, shortly after Shannon, a receptionist who worked for Zeigler called me back to ask me if something was wrong or why I wanted to cancel ...so I told her about what happened the day before and I m so glad I did. She convinced us to come in still and told me that they did things differently there and we would figure something out and and that when we got there to ask for her. We did that and she explained to the sales manager for me basically what I told her so I didn t have to explain it all again and we went from there. Matthew Carter our sales manager was awesome he was to the point about everything and fast. I say I would give 10 stars because they really helped us, not only did we get a great deal with a decent down payment we got a 2019 Acadia instead of a 2017. I couldn t be happier and I have the people at Zeigler GMC to thank for that! You guys really came through like you said and changed everything for my family and I.

Car shopping is never really fun. Dealing with Nick DePalma was very pleasant as he was as genuine as an honest salesman can get. I enjoy dealing with people in sales that dont go off of a script and try to mesmerize you with numbers. From past personal experiences, I haven t had the most positive perspective on dealerships. Fortunately, this wasn t the case here. I was pleasantly surprised to see what a great atmosphere the whole team displayed and particularly Ray was a very informative, genuine, and helpful person throughout our entire visit. I m very glad we had the opportunity to work with him. I highly recommend!
They are nice to work with, but have recently discovered how overpriced they really are. Had a quote so large, that I had to shop around before accepting to get the work done. Called and got free quotes from other shops, and they averaged about 60% cheaper. I actually got my work done for 10% of the price elsewhere, as they confirmed that not all parts needed to be replaced. Was glad I shopped around before paying the high price.
Had a great car buying experience!! jeff took what I was looking for in a car seriously. He did not try to sway my decision or pressure me into a sale. Instead he listened to what I wanted and made it happen! He was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and services providedl. He went out of his way to keep me updated on new vehicles that came into inventory that met my expectations and price range.
