I must say this was a wonderful car buying experie...

I must say this was a wonderful car buying experience. I came to Zeigler looking for a 2017 Escalade and ended up getting a 2020 Escalade. Now how did that happen? The 2017 Escalade did not have everything I wanted on it. I ended up going to another dealership. I decided to stop looking at 2017s a move forward onto the 2020s. I didn't like the terms of other dealership. I was thinking about going back to Zeigler to give them a shot on a 2020, and what do you know? Jeff called me out of the blue to check on me. I made it known that I was now interested in a 2020. I told Jeff my terms and what the other dealership was offering. Not only did I get a 2020 Escalade, but Zeigler gave me a better discount and top notch service. Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting on me. Jeff took good care of me. Rick (manager) and the entire team made sure it was a smooth process. Now we know when we get to the financing part that is where we have to sit there watch them peck at that dam calculator. Well that was a smooth process as well. I said, "Lord you want me to have my birthday present!" Let's just say, I never brought the same vehicle twice. I currently still have a paid-for 2008 Esclade. However, I don't think there is any luxury truck that can beat the Escalade. Big ups to the entire staff at Zeigler . I HATE buying cars and I hate sitting with the financing guy. As I do not have bad credit, but that part of the process works my NERVES. Lisa sealed the deal and made it a smooth process. jeff held up to his end of the deal. Jeff made it even more special because not only did he deliver the truck to the south side of Chicago from Lincolnwood, he also took me to lunch for my birthday. Now everybody doesn't get this type of treatment because everybody is NOT ME! LOLLLLL THANK YOU ZEIGLER !!!! Proud Owner of 2020 Escalade
