We were in the market to buy a new car so we started looking on Autotrader.com. Found a vehicle at Zeigler Auto Group in Lincolnwood. Made the call and spoke with Kyle who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle is not in sales but was able to give me the basic info I needed. Once Kyle knew what I was looking for he talked to Ramon (Ray) Jando in sales who quickly called me, knowing what I was looking for, and informed me of another deal that was on the lot. We drove down to Lincolnwood from Wisconsin and got the deal of a lifetime. Ray was polite, knowledgeable and of course friendly. Ray really took care of us throughout the entire process. Ray had all the answers to our questions and we will highly recommend him. Lisa Yassin in finance could not have explained everything better. Ziegler Auto Group in Lincolnwood will definitely get a huge recommendation from us. A great team who did a great job with us!
