Customer service was nice. They quoted me a price that was 200 for the transmission flush service on the phone. After I drove to the shop, however, they changed the price to 600 because he said the car required more expensive fluid. This problem could have been fixed if they looked up the right fluid needed for my car over the phone. This would have saved me time and money on gas.

EDIT: I talked with gm customer service and another dealership. I also verified my fluid type with gm customer service forums on their website. It took me 2 days to figure out that I only needed the 200 dollar service and the more expensive fluid was for a completely different transmission. Customer service at zeigler agreed with me and verified my findings. I give 2 stars because I could have easily been naive and just paid for the wrong service.
