Fady Samhan did what was necessary for him to get me in a vehicle. I was sold a Ford Escape that had issues within the first few days I got it. They offer to service me vehicle and didn t even end up fixing the issue after having my SUV for a week I take it back a 2nd time they told me they would fix the issue again if it was the same trouble. Service hit me with the no it s not the same problem when whole time it was and then decided they wanted to charge me to fix something that shouldn t been fixed after having my suv for a week. So I simply get me out the SUV I don t want it. I was told come with $3000 down payment and the SUV and we can help you so I come the next day with the money and then they tell me sorry we cant you need $5000. I go home sit on it and then come back a third in a row with the $5000 just to tell me I d require a bit more money to get me out my SUV. I haven t even had the SUV for a month and they couldn t get me out of it. The SUV spent more time sitting in the service department than in my possession that entire month and they still weren t able to help me I live no where near the area so those were inconvenient drives just to get shut down and my SUV not fixed. Strongly don t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here nor do I myself plan on going back or shopping at that location.

Horrible service..... picked up vehicle found very dirty. No intent to clean after service. Vehicle was misdiagnosed and no service loaner. Will not recommend people to service their vehicles here.

I live 130 miles from the dealership, Jeff realized the value of my time and didn't waste it. Most of the negotiating took place via text, phone and email. When I was confident that I was getting the best deal possible, I headed down to Zeigler. When I arrived Jeff was nothing short of AWESOME! Paperwork ready, Truck detailed and waiting, manager Rick,Lisa in finance department set, deal EXACTLY as agreed upon. No hidden fees, not hard sell, no "oh we forgot", just HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE service. I will not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Jeff and Zeigler.

They really took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the correct vehicle for me and my businesses needs. On top of the great service, the pricing was upfront and there was no games with numbers, not to mention the finance paperwork was smooth and extremely fast compared to any of my past experiences. I would definitely recommend Ziegler for and if your vehicle needs. More importantly reach out J.P. The sales manager that guy is on top of his game and is in awesome guy to do business with!

Carlos was cool and energetic. I came in for a pre-owned Suv but, as the world has it, now it's easier to get into a new one and forget about the headache! Got my new Encore Gx and love every piece of it. Thanks Carlos for making this a smooth transaction. See you all in about six months!

I would have like to give Zeigler Cadillac a five star rating but the Finance team is one of the this dishonest and conniving group of people i ve ever met. The Finance guy (who said he was the manager) add on an extended warrantee that I pacifically say I do not want. I went in with my own financing papers ready. I knew what vehicle I want and how much I was willing to pay. I never sign the contract for an extended warranty, but when I received my financial statement from my finance company a 5k warranty was added on. I ve been trying for the last four months to get a refund from them and have been told that it has been returned in which case it has not. If you re looking for a new or used Vehicle I highly recommend that you do not go to Ziegler-Cadillac Buick GMC in Lincolnwood . The sales people are a GREAT group of people, but an the long haul you have to end with the finance team who cannot be trusted . Wish I could rate them a -5 stars. I have reported them to the better business bureau .

Milton Benitez provided the BEST customer service experience EVER!!! He taught me how to work everything in my new car (and there was a LOT to learn!) He was insightful, patient, and explained details that I would have never been able to figure out on my own. He even provided information on the type of engine in the car and ways to take good care of it! Fantastic customer service at Lincolnwood Zeigler! BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!

I arrived just before my appointment time and checked in. It took them almost 45 minutes to take my vehicle in for the oil change. But once it was in it was finished in a timely manner. The free car wash they do they can keep. Rinsing my vehicle with water and not drying it so it has water spots everywhere is not a car wash. Id rather they didn t if they can t do any better than that.

Met with Fady at Ziegler Buick today. He took the time to show us a number of different vehicles. It was the best experience!! He was patient with us and didn t try to pressure us into making a decision. Great guy who knows his stuff about General Motors. I am EXTREMELY happy with my Buick Encore. I highly recommend working with Fady.

Everyone in this establishment is consistently extremely kind and helpful. my regular service advisor Milton has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with my vehicle in every sense of the matter. Everyone in this establishment make sure to go out of their way to keep you posted throughout any repair process . I ve had my car serviced here several times. Management and staff alike go out of there way to make sure the extra steps taken to make sure outstanding service is delivered. Haven t taken my car anywhere else since my first visit. Would highly recommend

Omg! Zeigler is the best. I would refer anyone to this company everything that I have asked for they took care of it with no problem. I called Ken after my payoff was sent and my original bank did not process it because it was a couple of hundred dollars short. Ken got right on the issue and had the payment processed within one day. I was impressed by the professionalism this dealership displays. Thank you Ken. Go buy your next vehicle here.

Long post below. I would look to another Buick De...

Long post below. I would look to another Buick Dealer or GM Dealer to service your car.
Safety of any organization should be the number one concern, next should be customer service. Both of these attributes I failed to receive here.
Saftey: I brought my car in for service with a noise I said was coming from the passenger side of my car. I said I believe to be either the wheel barring or muffler. The result was my car had a bad oil change at the last place. I never got to see evidence from this. The said everything else checked out. I picked up the car. I had to pay for the oil change and the time it took to look at my car. Next day I was finally able to drive it at a high speed (noise happened only at a high speed). It was still there. I texted them to say the problem was not fixed. No response. I then decided to call another dealership. Told them the same info. Did not tell them I was at this dealer. Turns out that my right front hub and bearing needed to be fixed! HOW WAS THIS MISSED AT THE INSPECTION OF MY CAR???!!! Glad I trusted my gut to get another opinion. I do not believe driving with damage to the hub and bearing is safe.

Customer Service: Called to make the appointment. I told the person on the phone that I wasn't sure I had an extended warranty. All I knew is that it went to 60k. She looked up my name and said I wasn't covered under warranty. I hung up the phone and discussed with my spouse. Called again and said can you make sure we are covered under warranty. This time I was told I was.

Customer Service: When I picked up my car that I later found out was not looked at properly, it was dirty. When under previous ownership, when your car was in the shop it was returned to you with a fresh car wash. This did not happen.

Customer Service: I paid for a diagnostic that wasn't fully completed. I had to pay for a lyft to pick up a car that was unsafe to drive.

Customer Service: I told them about this issue not being fixed. No response back. My money was wasted here.

My husband and I purchased a Silverado Truck from Zeigler of Lincolnwood last week and we really appreciated Kyle our salesman who made our purchase very smooth. He was great!!! We love our truck. The Finance manager was great as well and made everything painless. We hit a few bumps in the road but overall all details were work out with other salespeople and managers involved. I would definitely recommend this car dealership!! Once again Kyle is a repairer of the breach!!! Thank you soooo much Kyle!!! We appreciate you.

Went in for a battery issue but the mechanic Jose was honest about the issue and charged my battery free of charge , explained that I had left something on and I did not need a battery , he suggested an oil change and assured me my vehicle was safe , my adviser Ayana flowers was phenomenal, knows her customer on a first name basis making us feel like family , I drive 45 minutes to get here for all three of my cars but it is totally worth it , the company seems to be under management, I will definetly be back to service my vehicles here , thanks Ayana !

I feel like every time I drop my car off it comes ...

I feel like every time I drop my car off it comes back with more issues. Not sure if there is tampering going on or just inability to do quality job. Also my battery was changed without my consent. No phone calls no confirmation was made before a $300 decision was made by the service center. This service center will be the reason I never buy another Cadillac.

Kyle was very understanding to my needs in finding an automobile for me to considering purchasing. He gave me follow up calls to let me know what new and used cars are available and was very polite. He was not too aggressive in trying to push me towards a certain car. Customer service was more than great.

Great experience at Ziegler with our GMC. This place is awesome. Doesn t hurt they wash the truck every time we re there it seems!!

As far as the staff, Tony is conscientious, friendly, and on top of things. Recommend working with this dealership because of him. Also went back a second time and worked with Bill this time. Equally great. Patient with me answering questions about the work on the truck.

This is the place to take your car, GMC or not. For a dealership it s affordable and the service is spot on.

The purchase/trade was conducted professionally. Even better is the service department. They went out of their way to obtain a part locally that was needed and then installed it while I waited. Then on 2nd visit , just for a fluid check, were again very professional, courteous and answered questions, showed me how things worked that I had questions about and ordered a part under warranty, all in less than 30 minutes from arrival to departure. Great crew especially ray jando and jeff

The sales department is phenomenal. The service department is grossly lacking in communication. No return calls, update calls, or calls on part status. I had to ask my sales agent to ask the service manager to call me with an update.
I definitely will not recommend their service department.
Again, the sales department is amazing.

Before coming to Zeigler I want to three other dealerships and I cannot stress how different each dealership was. Everyone was hounding me and pressuring me to get a car and another dealer tried flipping me into a car that I did not even one. On my way home I saw Zeigler and lincolnwood and stopped in and checked out the lot. I was then greeted by Jeff who I answered all of my questions on the vehicles I was looking at. Then we went on a couple test drives and narrow down my choices.No pressure at all with this guy and he made a bunch of jokes which made me feel comfortable. Ended up purchasing a used Yukon and was very happy with my choice. Thank you jeff and Ziegler for the best car buying experience super easy and painless I will definitely be sending over my family and friends
