Beware. Bait and switch tactics. Came in since I found a car and price on their website. They knew which car and I made an appointment. I show up go thru test drive then suddenly after they say the price was wrong on the website. Now it s $6,000 more than what they advertise on their own website. Wasted my time.

I'm not one to typically take the time to write a review...actually not sure I even have before but based on my experience purchasing a car recently at Zeigler, I kind of felt obligated. People need to know what a great gem we have there in Lincolnwood and that purchasing a car doesn't have to be dreadful. Simply put, from beginning to end it was an A+ experience.
For months I had been researching a particular used make and model (wish I could afford to buy new but this covid asian flu thing has really set me and my family back). Anyhow, I saw they had the car...the pics looked great, miles were low and the price was one of the best I had found online. They responded almost immediately to my inquiry, answered all of my questions and invited me in to see the car. I was extra impressed by how they took time to explain to me the various safety precautions they're taking and measures they have in place for customer safety based on CDC recommendations. It's a different world we live in now.
When I arrived, they were definitely true to their word. AMAZING!
Nick (my salesman) did an excellent job from start to finish (and did so from a respectable, professional distance). He could sense I was a little nervous. With little ones at home, coming down with this covid asian flu would be a disaster. I met with JP (the manager) very early on after arriving which, to be honest, I felt was a really nice touch. I enjoyed how actively involved he was with Nick and I throughout the entire deal...making sure things went smooth. Kudos to JP.
Everything was laid out clearly for me to understand, the paperwork and finance process was quick and very best of all....NO GAMES. All dealerships could probably stand to learn a thing or two from this dealership.

Thank you Nick, JP (I believe that's short for his much longer name) and the rest of the team at Zeigler.

Fraz was the person we dealt with. Service department is a rip off. Will never go back. Our car wouldnt t start. We have it towed here because it was the closest place. They say it is the battery so they put a new battery in since it was already costing me $180 just to have them diagnose it. So my bill then is 320? I think. But oh wait! No it is the starter now! So now they put a battery in that we didn t need and now we have to pay for a starter. Now my bill is $800! Fraz does not return calls when you question the bill. Probably because he knows he is in the wrong. What terrible customer service. Will not be shopping there when I go to purchase our new vehicle. Fraz is horrible! I m warning you! They will rip you off

Keith has a big personality which lends itself very well to selling cars.

Great car buying experience! All of the staff is extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about their cars. The staff made us feel comfortable and really listened to our needs and wants. Jeff in finance was very helpful, and considerate of our budget & helped us a score an amazing deal on our new car. I will definitely be returning here for our future car purchases!

Nothing but compliments to the service provided by...

Nothing but compliments to the service provided by Zeigler but especially, Carlos my salesperson. Very diligent and responsible with his follow up work. We finished our vehicle purchase on our third visit but he was kind enough to pick up his phone every time I'd call with questions. I guess I just don't see that type of effort put into a customer any more. Thank you all for your dedication and great customer service. Will recommend my family to visit you soon.

I travel very far from the far south side of Chicago to come to Zeigler in Lincolnwood. Anytime I come to Zeigler in Lincolnwood I always received the most upmost customer service and assistance. They took their time finding the diagnose for my Cadillac which I love because it was not a rush job. Also, David kept me informed throughout the time they had my vehicle.

This was a enjoyable car buying process for me especially since I came from out of state to buy a Camry. I would recommend this dealership any day of the week.

The service department contact, Tony Jaramillo did a great job and tried his best to help get my car fixed. Appreciate his assistant. The only reason I am not giving a five star rating was because my car was not fixed and had to bring it back for an original documented check engine light issue.

Not happy at all with this company I don t recommend, I bought my truck to be fix, they leave a mess on my engine oil everywhere, also I got a dent on my passenger door, I spend close to 1000 dollars in this place, now I have to spend extra money to clean my engine, plus the dent in my door.
Stay away from this place I thought because is a GMC dealer I going to get a professional services, but no Im disappointed.

Ray is incredible! If you re looking to buy a car and don t want to fight or haggle with anyone, plus the bonus of warm, generous and hilarious fun personality..... Ask for Ray! I never felt more comfortable in such a normally strenuous situation in my life. I got exactly what I wanted. There was nothing but kindness from him and genuine personality and warmth. He is looking to help you find exactly what you want and need a new car. The whole team is incredible but definitely ask for Ray!

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW......I made an online inquiry and was teamed up with a salesman whom in the beginning seemed as if he wanted my business. I drove down twice 45min each way to test drive two different vehicles, the second time the salesman was busy on another deal and teamed me up with a different guy who thought his rugged approach would I guess force me into buying a vehicle what was out of my budget. After walking out the original salesman calls me the next day trying to figure out what happened and after explaining what happened I thought hey I'll give this another chance..MISTAKE!! Fast forward three weeks and now I've sent three different text messages to this guy asking twice for a virtual appt since before and after the fourth of July and not one has been answered!!! I do inquiries on Cars.com and the only person that faithfully responds is Pattie from their internet team..THANK YOU PATTIE. I've been told several times now that a manager will call me and that has yet to happen.t I won't say this for the whole dealership but the couple people who I have worked with are terrible at customer service. Proceed with caution!!!

After posting this review, I spoke with GM Rick and salesman Keith. I appreciate them hearing me out and the three of us coming to a common ground. At the end of the day we came to an agreement and was able to do business. Thank you both for being stand up gentleman and resolving the issue.

If I could give Ziegler no stars, I would. Deceptive and dishonest advertising. Promoted a 2019 Buick Enclave $13,500 below MSRP. When I visited the dealership, I discovered that I didn't qualify for these discounts. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! After visiting the dealership I felt the uncontrollable need to take a long, hot shower!

I could spend a Saturday afternoon here just for fun! The people who work in every department, are kind, generous and most importantly genuine! This was my last stop after a long day of car shopping where salespeople were nice and then slammed me with pressure. I walked in tired, fed up, and had a bad attitude. Fadi never put the pressure on and made me feel extremely comfortable. He was knowledgeable and funny and he turned our car buying experience into fun! Fadi, Farz and Brian consistently go out of their way to make me feel like I am something special which I m not. I love that they treat all their clients with such respect and I look forward to oil changes now just so I can go in and joke with them! Thank you Fadi, thank you Farz and thank you Brian!!!!

I've told them that I will pay the full amount, we had discussed price and expenses. After I brought a certified check for what we had discussed it appeared that they had increased the numbers, out of nowhere, there is a 900 inspection charge + a 2500 PRO PACK not optional protection package in expenses where nobody could truly clarify before, that after they knew I want it.

I've been coming to this location for the past 5 years. Im not going to say every visit was perfect. But I can tell you when it wasn't, they made sure they corrected the issue. They really understand customer service! The service manager Jeremy has always figured out a solution to a problem. Service advisors David, Bill and Carolyn have always been extremly helpful. I came in for some warranty work. I was told that the vehicle would be checked and that I would be advised right away as to whether the warranty would cover the repair and if not the amount of parts and labor. I waited for one hour and 20 minutes and decided to check on my vehicle. I found my
vehicle on a lift. The work that needed to be done was for a power liftgate, which did not require anything other than for someone to open the liftgate and view the rod that was broken. When asked why my vehicle was taking so long to be diagnosed, I was told that I was receiving a multi point diagnostic check. I expressed that I was in a hurry and really needed the estimate of work done or answer and warranty coverage. A multi point inspection was definitely going to take too long and if advised prior to it having taken place I would have refused. I did not appreciate the lack of communication from the gentleman behind the desk David Hernandez. A customer should be valued and so should his or her time. Anytime a customer s vehicle is dropped off, A customer should be Advised on what will be done with the vehicle if it is something other than what was discussed. Unfortunately, the estimate was way too high and if I would ve known prior to the entire multi point inspection, I would have left immediately. I am saddened by the fact that the dealership is lacking in customer service and good communication skills. The future of the dealership is not looking too good.

Kyle @ Zeigler deserves more then a 5 star rating! He put me in a very nice suv with little to no miles. The staff there @ Zeigler are very professional as well which made for an even better overall experience. Also my payments are reasonable especially for the vehicle Kyle was able to help me get. I highly recommend doing business with Zeigler!
