After coming down to the shop I just like to express that Kyle Sims was very professional yet very informed about any n every questions I had. For some reason at the moment he was not a Salesman but more of a friend and advisor he gave me specific information and details that persuaded me that I was in good hands. It was more of an experience of what I need to provide for my day-to-day and less of someone trying to sell me a car. Not only did he choose the type and model of my choice but yeah he was able to guess my taste not too flashy but also not too slow green energy efficient. Also thanks Kyle Sims for offereing coffe this wad one of the best parts of our appointment only because I came from a long night. So thanks dearly.

Steve Foresta found the car I wanted, gave me a price I could not refuse, and brought the car in the next business day. I met with Johnathan to sign all my paperwork and literally walked out of the dealership in less than a half hour. Johnathan could have not been nicer and made sure I was happy with everything. I love my car and the experience that I had here. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I purchased two vehicles with Ziegler Lincolnwood in November and December 2019, both vehicles have had no issues and when I was purchasing the vehicles, service from the salesman Ray Jando was superior to previous places I have visited, made me and my entire family felt welcomed there, where everything starts to fall of is when I try to schedule an appointment to have my brake pads and rotors changed, I have called multiple times over the course of a month and it always lead to the same ending, I get sent to voice mail of some David Fernandez (I m not super sure what his name is that s what I heard each time it went to voice mail. My main issue is me buying two cars from the dealership and my understanding is that they provide better services with a smile than other dealerships or mechanic shops. I have not seen this at all and am hoping this can change for me. I still plan to call and schedule an appointment for my car but if this keeps ending the same, sadly they will lose my patronage
Best experience I've encountered with a Dealership. Jeff made me feel like I was purchasing; not being sold. He was patient, not forceful and had great active listening skills. I would highly recommend finding a different dealership. I had an appointment on Saturday to come see a car. I had had the appointment for close to a week and when I arrived, the car was filthy dirty on the outside due to some road construction. I waited patiently while they washed it. When they brought the car to me, the inside was dirty, as well. There was also a tailight broken on it. However, it was the car I had been looking for and I took it out for a test drive. They ensured me it would be cleaned up if I chose to purchase the vehicle. I had driven an hour with two small children to see this car and I made it very clear to Miguel, the salesman, how interested I was. I made an appointment to bring my husband back to see it and asked Miguel to let me know if someone else was interested. Unfortunately, we could not come the next day that they were open because my husband is a therapist in the mental health field and had back to back appointments. I also let somebody else at the dealership know how interested I was, because I had a feeling that Miguel did not take me seriously. One reason I thought this was because he made a comment when I was sitting at his desk about my husband being the main decision-maker in the family. It felt very odd that someone would say something like that. Miguel said he would touch base with me by the end of the day with some questions I had about the vehicle. He did not call me.
I called Miguel yesterday to ask again about my inquiries regarding the car, and expressed my interest. I let him know to please keep in contact with me if anyone else was interested in the car, and he said he would. Since I had not received a phone call back from him when he said he would call on Saturday, I didn t feel as though he would keep his word. So, just to be sure, I took an extra step and called the dealership to talk to somebody named Kyle, who also told me that they would make sure to contact me if anyone else was interested in the vehicle before my appointment, and he said would get my questions answered and call back that day or the next morning. He did not follow up with me. Today, I got a call from Miguel after 1:00 PM that said that the car had been sold. I was upset and confused. All the while, I kept receiving emails from this car dealership form various employees asking if I m interested in the car, if I want to see the car, asking if I wanted to follow up with my original inquiry, etc. Obviously their systems are not working together since I had already seen the car and already let people know that I was interested. It was all very confusing.
Finally, a manager called me back today about the situation, at my request. He did express his apologies, and let me know that he would try to find something else similar to what I was looking for and call me back today. He did not call me back.
Clearly, this dealership chose a quick sale over customer service. I believe they did not take me seriously since my husband was not with me, and I also believe that their communication and tracking system of customers is poor and needs revamping. I had a few different people calling to confirm my appointment on Saturday so I didn t waste their time, yet when I arrived they wasted my time by showing me a dirty car and not taking me seriously. I was very disappointed by all of this.
Do yourself a favor and take your business to a car dealership that is appreciative of your business and follows through on their word.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Jacey. They were fantastic. I walked in, and this was the first car dealership i had been in. I was by myself, and a little anxious about what to expect because i had heard some pretty unsettling things with car salesmen. Daniel shook my hand, and explained that he would do his best to help me out. his supervisor and partner, Jacey suggested a great car for me, and fought really hard on my behalf with the bank about some financing options. when all was said and done, my financing manager (polish man, couldn't remember his name) was also wonderful, honest, and talked to me about all my paperwork and what to expect. I really couldn't have asked for a better team of men to get me into the first car i bought myself. AND i get free car washes (Lupe is the best porter ever!) highly recommended.

I didn't go with my fiance when he traded in my car for an GMC Terrain but I was told it was a fairly easy process in general. He was later called several times and pressured to get the free 30 day OnStar service. We declined. He was told that the salesman would get in trouble by his manager. Both my fiance and I felt like it was more to the story. It didn't make sense at all.
Nice friendly staff. Spoke w/ Eric before I arrived to streamline the process and JC their sales rep was great to work with. Honest, frank, quick and did not oversell. Great customer service.

I have to give Kyle Sims credit for my trip to Zeigler Buick Cadillac GMC last weekend. As soon as I stepped inside the building Kyle approached me and asked if I had any questions. Although we got a great deal on the car, and our salesman Ray was great and personable, we had an overall mediocre car buying experience. Initially, our salesman - who didn t even give us a name - brought the car out to test drive with no gas in the tank. After switching and moving further along, the manager came to talk final price. He brought along a spreadsheet and while checking numbers we saw that incorrect tax was applied and other numbers just didn t make sense. When we mentioned the discrepancy, the manager started typing into his computer but never really said anything as the numbers could not be replicated as initially done.
After settling this and going through a quick finance process, we left. Overall the time in the dealership was nearly 4 hours. The next day the detailed car was brought to my home. Great deal and salesman, management on the other hand...

Pretty standard racket ripping (innocent and trusting) people off. Selling at huge margins and to people who can t afford their vehicles.
Tried to pull a fast one me (im aware of the industry practices) as I tried to help a friend who s upside down with them and it was an eye opening experience. Stay away from Chris (manager who shouldn t be).
They listened to what I wanted for a trade in and what I could afford. Did not haggle for hours, but instead exceeded my expectations with service and quality. 100% recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
The service team is very helpful and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. I knocked a star off because they claimed to rotate my tires but didn't. I noticed my air pressure was exactly the same as before I took it in. Both front tires were 34 psi, back left was 33 and back right was 35. I look at my tire pressure daily so I knew right away they were not rotated. I got two years of free maintenance so I didn't pay anything but it will be difficult to go back when I have to start paying because I don't know if they will actually perform the work.

Called internet sales department about purchasing a new Buick Encore. Was told they do not do E signing, or, home delivery since I m only an hour and a half away. No worries, plenty of other dealerships willing and advertising during these uncertain times. What a shame.
IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR SERVICED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I went in for an oil change and they ended up breaking the stem off one of my TPMS sensor when they did their "complementary" pressure check. The technician admitted to the fact he had problems getting a seal to add air so instead of evaluating the issue he chose to force the inflator onto the stem. When i returned later that day after finding the stem cap missing with half the value stem gone they offered to cover the $30 in labor but had me pay $90 for the TPMS sensor. (A sensor that you can buy from GM Parts Direct for $45). I begrudgingly agreed to pay the $90 because my car was on the rack with a deflated tire so I didn't have much of a choice. It infuriated me to pay them to fix a problem they caused. I spent over 2.5hrs waiting for this seemingly simple repair to damaged caused while in the possession of this dealership.
This is not the first time I have had a problem with this dealership service center. In 2017 I had them do transmission and differential fluid replacement and I found two magnetic flashlights still in my engine compartment. One was sitting on the transmission right by the belt. Had it moved it would have caused catastrophic engine damage that should have been the last time to have gone there.
The failure to provide quality and timely service appears to be a problem of under staffing of qualified mechanics. This was evident from comments made by a service advisor at the dealership who said that they have more vehicles then they can handle working but management would not stop or slow the volume of scheduled appointments instead they are trying to cram them through with the people they have.
In conclusion if you want quality work done in a reasonable amount of time look elsewhere. I don't see this dealerships service center getting their act together anytime soon.

Jeff and his team at Zeigler are a pleasure to work with. We bought a car earlier this year from Jeff and based on our positive first experience, we bought a 2nd car for my parents. It is especially tough and stressful buying a car during Covid -especially for our elders parents who are high risk at can't go out of their house. Jeff made sure it was an easy process including assessing and picking up our trade in and delivering the new car, and having the completed paperwork prepared for us to sign/complete. We will definitely come back to Jeff and team at Zeigler for our next purchase.
Buyer beware. A true bait and switch place. We are working with a lawyer to get this fix. Don t trust any of the sales staff from Darwin, Ben (sales manger) , to the financial people ( Nicole DuPass). They work together in collusion . No one wants to accept responsibility for any wrong doing except to point fingers and defer blame. As veteran, I don t think I ever would recommend anyone to this place or Ziegler Dealerships. I will be writing a formal complaint to the BBB, the Ziegler Family, and among other forums and social media outlets to inform any future buyers of this horrendous place.

This was an awful experience! They totally wasted my time and insulted my intelligence.
Where do I start?
Let's see, we first came in 2 or 3 weeks ago to test drive a XT4. We made an appointment to drive it but when we got there not only did they not have that model, they also took 10 minutes to find a more expensive model for us to at least drive. Then the salesperson said, "I don't know about the financial end of things".
I had given up on the dealership u til I got a call today and they said that they weren't leaving any deals on the table. After spending another hour and a half, (after I had already told the rep who called what terms I was looking for) the manager came out and offered me a deal that was $2000 worse than the deal we already didn't like two weeks ago.
I am insulted, disgusted and highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
