Bought a GMC Acadia Denali from them and couldn't be happier!! From the very beginning they where great. Ray the salesman, Bill the service manager. Would recommend them without a doubt.

I made an appointment for Saturday morning to come see a car. I brought money, title to current car if I trade. Ready to buy. So I made an appointment. The night before my in-laws house caught fire and send two people to ER in ambulances and my wife didn't get home until middle of the night. We still held up our part of the appointment and went the next morning with a 1 and 3 year old for an hour and 20 minute drive to see the car. After talking to 6 difficult people because the person I talked to is in internet sales they let someone else take that car for an overnight demo and don't know when it'll be back. I even messaged that morning about our appointment and no answer back. Manager came out and said sorry, nothing we can do but offered me another vehicle for 4 grand more. Poor business practices. Cost me 3 hours of my time, fuel and upset wife and kids for wasting all their time. Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Don't believe them if they say they have a vehicle there, even if you make an appointment. Don't go to this dealer if it is a long drive for you. Might just waste your time and money.

Before they start running your credit ask for the fees they charge on your sale. I told them 20 times to not apply to more than 2 banks and ended up applying to 4. Anyways, They have Low prices on their vehicles but they will make it up by whacking you with fees. They claim it s mandatory to charge you a Pro Pack for $2,500 and a refurnished fee of $900. I was committed on buying a vehicle but not with those surprise fees. They said all dealers must charge that. Yea ok. So I went to another dealership and bought the same car with no surprise fees. Thank you Vally Volkswagen for my new ride and not playing games.

I walked into Ziegler after seeing an advertisement for a 2016 GMC Terrain online. I immediately was greeted warmly by Darek (the salesman) who was very helpful and had an easy going, charismatic, humorous personality that turned a usually stressful process into a breeze. A couple hours later, when I walked out, Darek asked are you happy? And I was then and still am now as I drive around the Terrain in Chicago. When we need another GMC or Buick, Darek (and Ziegler) will be our guy!

Just stopped in to grab a front license plate bracket for my car and the team couldn t have been nicer. $30 to install that one piece seemed a little high, but their customer service made up for it.

If you want an efficient car buying experience, I recommend using nick. He's a straight shooter- let him know what your budget is, and he will guide you in the right direction.

I don't like how they force customers to pay $2,500 for a pro-pack with a used vehicle that isn't optional. That just tells you they scamming people with that "pro-pack" making every excuse not to remove it and blame that "other" people are interested on that vehicle that you want to buy. Read the negatives reviews and ull understand me.

Terrible service! Rude! My car was there for almost a week, only for a dead battery. They have bad communication with the customer. I had to call in order to check the status of the my car. Would never buy at this place again.

I was greeted friendly, had told my service writer that if possible , could I get out as soon as possible please, he said I will tell the guy also ask if he could check tire pressure. Over 45 minutes had gone buy , when I walked in the back again for the third time to see that my car was just sitting in the Back !!! I walked to service area but the gentleman that had helped me was on phone for more than 10 minutes so I asked another service guy he said he could not help me most likely my car is done!!! Have to wait for William but he proceeded to help someone else for the next 15 minutes Really sad when all I had to do is sign some paperwork and grab my keys well that s what I thought till I got to my car to find that all the materials they use to perfect my car are still in their ! ! Thank you so much for such a great experience

Somehow received my contact information and have been non stop sending me emails, texts and calling. I have requested multiple times that they stop and remove my information from their database. Even after confirming that they would do so, I continue to get multiple messages from people at this establishment! Today alone was 5 separate attempts, it s borderline harassing. I m not even in the market to purchase a car!

Very poor service this place is rude people who don t care. I went inside for a wash and vacuum to go to my grandma funeral for the next day it took them 10 min to get my attention 30 min to service my car and I was the only car there waiting and then when it was time to go they vacuum the front of the car and not the back where the passaengers sits so I had to wait again for them to vaccum the back JUST PLEASE DONT GO HERE IM SAVING YOU
