I bought a used car from (Chris) Noah at Ziegler on 7/31/18. I was treated wonderfully. I had a group of 5 people with me for various reasons and he catered to every one of us the entire evening. He was patient during negotiations, super nice, HONEST, and truly took his time with us. He was able to get us everything we wanted! He even gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him if we needed anything! The experience with Dominick in finance, Lucas in internet sales, Darwin the manager I spoke to on the phone, and Noah the salesman was one of the BEST car buying experiences I've ever had. I worked with Nicholas Depalma and he was great! I highly recommend using him for your next vehicle purchase. He really took the time to listen to my needs and help me choose a vehicle that would fit for me. And he is not pushy at all. He was patient and understanding of my budget the entire time.

When I arrived I was tired and stressed from work plus my day was crazy. However I was greeted by Wayne Taylor when he saw me and notice how stressed I was. He continued to try to make me feel at ease by talking to me , and trying to know me a little. I came with no paper work or an idea of what I would need, but he mange to work with me and find ways to get my paperwork anyway he could. He tried to keep me calm by reminding me that things will workout and it did. I want to say thank you to him and the poor finance people for making a stressful situation not so stressful.

The dealership never changed with the buyout.... would definitely stay away!! Ended up purchasing two new 2018 Buicks at Sullivan's in Arlington which was a night and day difference!

My experience at this dealership was phenomenal! Working with David Hernandez really put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and is super eager to get his job done and do it right. This type of customer service you can t find in many places, but David made sure I was aware of the issues with my car and that he will make sure it will get done. He even called me the next day to see if everything was alright. I mean talk about great service! I would highly recommend seeing David if you ever encounter any issues! He s a breath of fresh air to work with!

If you re looking for a pre-owned car, don t think about this dealership. It s not true that do a 120 point inspection. I bought my mind with them this march and they drop it off to my address Saturday but then I discovered some defect so I bring back on Monday to them to fix the defects but they let me pay for the repairs. I try to talk to the salesperson and sales manager but it seem that they don t want it shoulder the cost of it, they just said they re call me but no call me back. Don t buy a car from this dealership

Oil change and 25,000 mile maintenance completed in one hour. Shocking but true!

The service department has serious issues on providing good or even average customer service. They lost our key while they had our car, tried to hide it, kept us waiting, we had to be the ones to continue to follow up and now we still have 1 key not working almost 2 weeks later. This is not our first unpleasant experience with this service department, but it will be our last once I get 2 functional working keys back in my hands. I have spent almost $3000 there and have to bring my car back for a third time.

We had a great experience buying our Dodge Durango, Jeff was very helpful and friendly and made the whole process easy and comfortable for us! We would recommend Jeff and zeigler! We can t say enough great things.

Manager was asking for a $3820 certification fee on top of the marked price for a 2017 Cadillac XT5 that I inquired about that was being advertised as certified pre - owned. And said he wouldn t sell the vehicle without the certification fee. Without the certification I wouldn t have gotten a warranty that was being advertised by it as well. I didn t make a purchase today and won t anytime soon through them. If they are going to have a certification fee for a certified preowned vehicle, either include it in the price and don t surprise paywall a customer or don t advertise it as certified.

Carolyn Hoffman did a great job getting me checked in when I arrived at the service department.Alex( ASE certified tech) did an excellent job on my Escalade.He was very careful not to damage my vehicle and complete a very difficult repair on my ABS unit.He is a very well trained tech and has a lot of experience repairing vehicles. Techs like him are the reason I purchased my Escalade at this dealership. I will definitely recommend this service department and dealership to friends and family.

My day started out as lemon and ended up as lemonade because of my experience yesterday with Ziegler's Dealerships and their employees. My engine over heated, had to have my car towed and from my first phone call to their service department (Jema), to the person who helped me at the service desk (Betty) was flawless and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Even a mechanic who saw me standing at my car as the tow truck operator parked my car by the service area took my keys and escorted me to the service desks. I don't know if KIA on Crawford and Lincoln is a Zeigler Dealership but that's where I barely got my car into their parking lot and everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful. They are the ones who gave me the telephone number and address of your dealership on McCormick Blvd. I know people are quick to complain but I feel we should be quick to compliment as well.

I went for an oil chance and completed OK. I asked about the loss of air in my driver's rear tire and no explanation was given other then possibly weather related. As of today, the PSI on the tire is now 7 PSI below 35. I will probably have to inflate this week end at a gas station. I mentioned this issue before and no resolution to date was given.

My family or friends shop at other dealers. I may mention my experience at Zeigler's , but I let them make their own mind as far as where they shop for cars or car maintenance.

My request for a specific vehicle was addressed by a very competent staff. Wayne was empathetic and professional about my concerns. The management staff with Ken and Gio were prompt and cooperative, giving me comfort in buying my vehicle. They do a rigorous vetting process with their cars and their clients so as to provide exemplary service. Even the service and detail staff were polite and showed themselves to be of high quality and caliber.

I will reccomend Zeigler to my friends and when I am looking for a new vehicle I will remember to check them out first. 5

Jeremy my service rep. was very helpful in getting my truck up to Par excellence. He was ernest in and informative as to the problem I was having with my truck not being able to start. It was very difficult to pin point the issue and he was proactive in getting the right parts replaced! Which now my truck runs like a charm. I hope that in the future if I have anymore trouble with my truck I will get him to assist me in getting it fixed! He's my go to Guy!!

My husband insisted he needed a new car so we checked out Zeigler. They were fabulous. Darek was helpful and patient even though we dragged him through the ringer. He stayed with us until the sale was complete (even though I don't think he had an option). We will definitely be back!

The pre-owned vehicles come with an optional 1 year warranty for any minor body damage. In order to buy the pre-owned vehicle you HAVE TO BUY THEIR OPTIONAL 1 YEAR WARRANTY of $2550 or there is NO deal and if you refuse to buy it they treat you like dirt!!!! Pre-owned also comes with a very high service fee they claim.
Very dishonest place and horrible service!
