I was extremely disappointed that we gave this business our money. The negotiation process was absolutely horrible - they were more focused in getting us to commit to a color before they would even talk price. Then it was the stereotypical let me run that by my manager with very limited transparency.

Best part: they kept screwing up my name in the paperwork and it took over three hours to drive off the lot once we came to a deal. I m pretty sure they still have my name wrong in their system.

I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else.

Never before have I seen such deception and trickery at a car dealer.

Starts with calling the dealer on a CPO Infiniti QX50 and talking to Jasmine. Jasmine promises that the dealer will certainly "deal" with us on the price but not unless we're "IN" the dealer. Started the trek up north in the rain and with road construction. Met by yet another person as Jasmine was then no where to be found even after we asked for her. He takes us in then sets us up with yet a 3rd person. Drove the car and loved it. Car price online, on cars.com was $22,960. We said we were going to put $4,000 down and finance for for either 60 or 72 months and we would transfer plates. We offered $22,000 out the door and Fady proceeded to head to "his manager" for approval. And then the games begin.

Comes back with a sheet, and after my 4k down, the NEW out the door price was $26,000 and some odd change.

WHAT!!

They had added in a Pro Pack fee of almost $2500 and some other fee for $2500, almost like a handling fee and cleaning fee.

Ready to walk, they then ask if we will split either of the two fees? The Pro Pack means you have to take the car back their for routine maintenance etc...the cleaning fee? WHAT?

I then said, look, the car is $22,960. I'm offering you $22,000 out the door. Which means $18,000 + tax, title, doc fee. No where near $26,000

Leaves again, comes back 30 mins later. Cleaning fee is gone. Pro Pack fee still there.

Will NOT remove it. Not driving to Lincolnwood for an oil change.

Completely wrecked what should have otherwise been a nice Saturday and a car purchase. Wasted 1/2 of a day on this nonexistent and uncompleted transaction.

I would say this: BUYER BEWARE. The price on the web, the price on cars.com and talking with them on the phone is NOT what you end up with - clearly.

This is easily the most professional service center I have ever taken my car too before.
I know every time I take my car for a service check or oil change, I receive a fully professional service and report to the standards I only see in my professional life.
Yes, service here will be on the high end of costs. But it s one and done.
You can avoid the costs for a service once or twice but sooner or later you ll find yourself going to them to do the repairs the prepare and complete way.
I would recommend them to anyone.

My first time buying a new vehicle was a little nerve wrecking for me. But when I walked into your dealership Mr. Wayne Taylor approached me with a genuine greeting and smile. He asked if he could be of some help to me. I responded stating that I was just looking but he made me feel so comfortable that I ended up buying a vehicle from him. The entire experience was pleasant, I did not feel rushed, or forced into anything. Everything I desired in a vehicle along with the cost, he was able to accommodate. After two weeks of car shopping, I ended up at the Lincolnwood Buick. I purchased a new Buick Encore. Rick the manager did a wonderful job working with me to get me to the payments I wanted . I ended up getting a car I love with extended warranty at the monthly payments I wanted. I m super excited with my purchase. Lisa in finance, even suggested a great place to eat which we loved!.

Dishonest sales tactics and totally unprofessional. Vehicles are priced to sell online, until you arrive at the dealership and they significantly increase the price. They increased the vehicle I was interested in by $5,600. They're also extremely disorganized and did not have the car prepared or ready for my appointment. It was in the back lot covered in snow. The car itself had numerous scratches and scrapes all over the back bumper and side panel. If you're going to sell a luxury vehicle thousands of dollars above the price, it should be in pristine condition. Unfortunately, I learned about this after driving over 6 hours. Total waste of time and gas. Do not waste your time with this dealership.

Today on 11/27/2019, I visited Zeigler to purchase a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 that they had advertised for $30,175. After talking to the sales person, he said that he was going to talk to the Manager to finalize pricing. It was odd as the price was $30,175 but anyway, he comes back and says that his manager said the price was actually $12,000 more because of the options the truck came with but that he could show me something in the $35,000 area but it would be more with all the options. I knew it was a lie as I went thru the options the night prior. I pulled up screenshots I took of the vehicle showing that it was INCLUDED. He said I didnt qualify for the vehicle, how? The price has a reduction of$17,000 (for everyone btw) plus $6000 manufacture credit. Beware of dealer, FALSE ADVERTISING and BAIT and SWITCH. I wish I could post pictures of me telling the Manager about the experience, false advertisement and the bait and switch No answer yet. Filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB.

My car was towed in yesterday morning and I was assigned a Service Advisor, who informed me he would be in touch with an update. I did not receive an update before they closed. I began calling this morning and could not get any information. My advisor was off today and I kept getting my phone calls routed to his voicemail. In the late afternoon I rode my bike the 30 minutes to get there to find out the status. After a few minutes they informed me the car would be ready shortly. The customer service was not particularly friendly, but was not rude either; I'll describe it as indifferent. Essentially this is an auto shop, so not expecting world class hospitality anyway. My only real complaint is that I was assigned an Advisor who was off the next day and there didn't seem to be a plan in place to account for this, so I was left in the dark for more than 24 hours. Otherwise, the car was fixed and they washed the exterior before returning it to me, so that was a nice touch.

Jeff Guido was my sales rep and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy any type of car. He was extremely helpful over the phone before I came in the dealership. Also very patient while I asked a bunch of questions on a few different vehicles. He did not rush the process when I came in the store and took his time explaining all the features on the car I was buying as well as broke down the total price. My wife and I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 GMC Yukon from Zeigler and we had a good experience.

Matthew was a great sales rep. There were no sales tricks and we were not kept waiting. We got the price we wanted and were very happy with the sales process. Frank, the finance manager, was great as well. Again, we were in and out and not kept waiting. The speed of the transaction is paramount to us, and we really appreciated their time management.

After arriving home with our new vehicle my wife and I identified a few service issues with the car. Steve, the GM, responded immediately and had the car picked up at our house and provided a free loaner vehicle while the issues were corrected. Hats off for great follow up, customer service, and making sure we were satisfied with our certified pre-owned purchase. We are very happy!

I am still in awe of how amazing my car leasing experience was with Zeigler Buick GMC in Lincolnwood! RAY JANDO is by far, the BEST car salesperson I have ever worked with!

Ray & I began communicating a little over a week before i actually went in (I kept putting off the appointment, remembering back to my last end-of-lease experience that held me at the dealer for 8 hours). When I finally went in on last Saturday, Ray Jando in person was every bit as energetic, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and humorous (he kept me smiling & laughing throughout a process I always find tense) as he was on the phone!

We looked over several options but things didn't appear to be heading towards an agreeable deal. I walked away disappointed and feeling like "What am I going to do?" I was discouraged about what I would be eligible to get at my preferred price point. I told him to give me the weekend to think over some things.

RAY, ever persistent in the best possible way, called me right after the weekend on yesterday with the BEST NEWS! I was actually eligible to get the vehicle I wanted at the rate I hoped for! I was blown away!!! Super Excited!

When I arrived to Zeigler yesterday, Ray was beaming and made me feel welcomed & even more excited that this deal was happening! I don't know how he did it, but even after reviewing, discussing, and having to sign the typical mountain of paperwork - Including the meeting with Finance, I was out of there in record time! I was worried about being there till closing time for nothing!

Ray was there with me every step of the way, even offered to help me clean out the trunk of my old car but I refused (probably embarrassed by all of the reusable shopping bags and shoes to accept the help - LOL!).

I gave him the biggest High-Five and hug! Then I rolled out of there, so proud of my new Beautiful Azure Blue Buick Encore (this color was not even available to see on Saturday and it's one of my favorites)!

I went in last week and got assisted by Kyle Sims, amazing sales person! He made sure to offer me the best deals available and helped me find what I didn't even know I was looking for! Overall a good experience. Drove down from Madison knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted on their lot, and had talked to several people to make sure the details were correct before making the trip.

Ray was great, nice guy, let my kid play on his Nintendo the entire time we were there. Process was easy, came with financing in place, paperwork wasn't bad. We were there just over 90 minutes. Overall everything was good.

One note about pricing when shopping through USAA. The price quoted online is different than what the dealer shows by nearly $3500. There are a couple of packages that are added for different services. I was surprised, but Ray took care of us, and I still feel we got a good deal on the truck. My advice would be to verify an out the door price over the phone before you make a six hour round trip, just so there aren't any surprises when you're there.

We had a good experience at Zeigler, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
