My car was towed in yesterday morning and I was assigned a Service Advisor, who informed me he would be in touch with an update. I did not receive an update before they closed. I began calling this morning and could not get any information. My advisor was off today and I kept getting my phone calls routed to his voicemail. In the late afternoon I rode my bike the 30 minutes to get there to find out the status. After a few minutes they informed me the car would be ready shortly. The customer service was not particularly friendly, but was not rude either; I'll describe it as indifferent. Essentially this is an auto shop, so not expecting world class hospitality anyway. My only real complaint is that I was assigned an Advisor who was off the next day and there didn't seem to be a plan in place to account for this, so I was left in the dark for more than 24 hours. Otherwise, the car was fixed and they washed the exterior before returning it to me, so that was a nice touch.
