I m so glad these guys took this place over! Grossinger was horrible and never took care of their customers. One time I took my car in for an oil change and had to tow it out because Grossinger broke my transmission and wouldn t pay to fix it. I had to sue them and then they finally paid. Ziegler is a GREAT company no comparison to Grossinger. They really care about you as a customer! When I needed my 2015 Cadillac XTS to be checked out for the emissions test, they tested my car, told me what I needed to do, signed my form and didn t charge me a penny! They even vacuum your car for you with the wash! I m glad I can have a dealership near my home to go to again that I can trust and know that they will do a great job! Keep up the great work guys!
I recently bought a car from Grossinger Toyota and my sales guy Miguel was friendly and not pushy like some sales man are. I felt comfortable and safe that I would get a great deal. The staff was also friendly and very helpful with our needs while at the dealer.

Please beware!! My husband was approved for a car at Arlington Acura in Palatine. Zeigler Lincolnwood received my husband s approval information as a lead. Within days of him being approved, my husband received several phone calls from a salesperson name Lorraine. Sometimes she would call 2-3 times a day telling my husband he was approved. She told him that he could pick out any of their pre-owned cars under $15K. We visit the dealership to see his options & test drove a 2016 GMC Terrain that $12,300 that was way below the $15K. She told us we would need $1500 - $2000 down. We come back with the down payment now she telling us that he is no longer approved. She has received 5 leads within the week & they were all fraudulent. What the hell does that have to do with us?? You guys stole the lead from another dealership & gave us false hope that we could get the vehicle we test drove. Moral of the story they steal leads & call to harass you about coming to purchase from them... then accuse of you of being a fraud

David Hernandez the service manager is seriously the best!! He is so professional and truly a great human being. His service department is not like other service department that you go and they try to up sell you things that you don't need. Every time I take my vehicles to him he keeps me posted on whats going on and how much is going to be in order to repair whatever needs to get fixed. His professionalism its impecable and I'm glad I found him. I could truly said I trust his work ethic because he goes above and beyond and the technicians always do an amazing job. I dont have to keep going back and forth like other dealers were they fix something and brake something else. They always take good care of their customers. If you ever need to get regular maintenance or anything just go to Zeigler GMC in Lincolnwood and ask for David.

This is my 3rd time coming in for something easy, and it was unpleasant. I know these places have high turn over so I believe one bad experience does not represent a company, but repeated bad service... No thanks.
Tonight, I needed a key fob battery. With covid, I called, found out what I needed to do, and confirmed times for the next day. I realized I could go in tonight instead so I called back and confirmed the hours for the parts area. I was told 7pm. So at 6:20, I am walking around the showroom and no one offered to help me. By the way, a showroom of people all over the place not busy... Most on their phones... Which is cool if they are slow, but acknowledge me. I asked 3 guys for the parts department. One guy half pointed, zero eye contact, didn't stand. Another guy literally broke eye contact and turned his head as I walked by like he didn't hear me. Finally the last guy, after I interrupted a conversation was nice and went to check. Of course, closed.
I did my due diligence and called. People who answer the phone should know business hours. A roomful of sales guys should probably acknowledge someone in the showroom. Heck 2x I have gone in on a Friday night and bought a new car (other dealerships). I probably would roll my eyes and move on if this was a one off, but I have similar discourtesies before. Thanks to the last guy who made an effort, but perhaps this isn't a location for me to try a 4th time.

Brought our car in because it overheated on the way home. This had been the dealership we had been using to service our car since 2011. Under the Grossinger ownership the establishment had always been expensive but did a good job and it was possible to get a loaner if they had to keep our car overnight. Under the Ziegler ownership service and amenities have deteriorated sharply! No more loaner, and our most recent experience they charged us $1,000 to fix the AC, and the overheating. Then on the way to drop off the rental after having paid full price for it, my car s AC wasn t working and the temperature gauge hit the H level ( for HIGH) again within a couple of miles. Then in a conversation with the service representative about how to get the repairs repaired he had the audacity to say if I had a crystal ball I could tell you when your car will be repaired and ready to pick up ! So rude and inappropriate! I certainly hope the manager will be more respectful and competent in fixing the car. I will update this review when my car has finally been fixed.
It s took almost 2 hours to get the car diagnosed. Afterwards finally things got moving in the right direction

I came to Zeigler Buick GMC Cadillac of Lincolnwood a few days ago. In hopes to find a family friendly SUV with a little bit of luxury to make traveling easier and more comfortable. Then, they called to ensure I was satisfied I shared my grievances and, let me tell you, I have never felt so taken care of. The gentlemen here communicated with me regularly to ensure I was getting everything I requested and kept me update throughout the process. I took my 2004 Cadillac Escalade there actually a brought it from the old dealership that was there and the low life they got hanging around there now is like vandalizing people vehicle with scratches on my hood after getting a shuttle with a driver who only talk about removing scratches from cars ! After took concerns to the new management and got the old well look into it,around 3 months later I went to get battery checked because you can always get a appointment there and I could not get one at any other dealer after getting the truck look at it was another scratche on the hood on the other side also they said I needed 2,500$ work got it done at another dealer and problem still exists , Rogers then dienose my vehicle now it s fixed properly WOWED!!! By there unprofessionalisem and incompanent service department no wonder you can always get a appointment!

In early August I brought my vehicle in. The scheduling was very easy and the staff was super helpful. I came in for an oil change and an ABS Light on. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff members and I met with an advisor to Acknowledge my needs to my car. David Hernandez Really listened to my concerns and what I needed done to the car to help me have a successful visit at this location. He gave me an estimated time for my car to be service and he exceeded my expectations by being done prior to the estimated time of completion. I will continue to going there for hall my service needs for maintenance and all other GM needs. David Hernandez is a great service advisor and I will continue to work with him because of his great work and all that he has helped me with. Matthew was great to work with and I wish him the best but other members of the Ziegler team have left this as my worst car purchasing experience. This dealership simply wanted a sale and as soon as the dotted line was signed... they were not concerned with the customer. I left the dealership with a 2017 used vehicle (which I almost didn t purchase because their actual prices are much higher than their advertised prices) and found a few items on my drive home I wanted their help to resolve. After days of not answering the phone or returning messages I finally heard from someone at their dealership who said they would see what they could do. Weeks later, still no response. Their original advice was... call your insurance and say the issue happened after you took possession, they will take care of it. No Ziegler, have some integrity. I hope this review lights a fire in someone at Ziegler to view the customer experience differently and strive to do the right thing over the easy thing.

Brought my car in here after another GM dealer proved incompetent to fix my car, turns out this place can't fix a simple issue either. The blind zone indicator on my drivers side was not working, on my BRAND NEW encore. They followed a bulletin published by GM on the issue. Picked my car up tonight, and now NEITHER SIDE'S indicator is working. This was the 4th time I've taken my BRAND NEW car to a GM dealer - all to try and get the drivers side indicator working. And now instead I have both broken.

Had a great service experience with miss Ayana. Brought my Malibu in with multiple problems and she was very attentive to all of my concerns, even managed to find me wandering the lot a few times. Many dealership service writers will write off things you say and just listen to the diagnosis by the technician and regard it as the only problem.. When I mentioned another issue Ayana immediately informed the technician working on the vehicle for further testing.
Throughout the whole experience I felt welcomed and well-served. Most definitely will consider bringing my car around more often for a great experience like this one. Kudos!

I had a terrible experience. The advisor Jeremy is a liar. He never got my reimbursement check from my warranty company. He lied and said he submitted the paperwork and he never did it. My daughter is an advisor in another state she had to call and get my reimbursement check and it took her only a week. This clown never submitted the paperwork I would never go to this location again
