This review is for their service department. Dropped my truck off for service at 10:06AM and they had me wait in the waiting room till 11:37AM just to tell me that they can't even look at the car today because apparently their tech is not in (I'm guessing they were not aware of this when I walked in).
What's worse, when I asked for my keys, they said they left them in the truck outside. When I got to the truck, not only did they leave them inside, they left the truck running (on) and unattended. Extremely disappointed with my first visit to this service department.

It's an entirely new experience for us here in Lincolnwood. For now I guess it's ok, will see it once they get the grip on it...
Grossinger, was for for a very long time a flagship dealer in our area and now under new ownership we hope it's turned into better, time will tell :-)

Purchased my 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury AWD yesterday on my birthday. My sales person Miguel was incredible. Professional, knowledgeable and understanding to my needs and wants. Wasn t a pushy salesperson. Listen to my request and accommodated me at every turn. If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, please allow Miguel a chance to earn your business. You re be happy that you did. Also Lisa is incredible in Finance Dept.

Purchased a $20,000 plus vehicle, waiting a week for a brake job. Only to get a car that has steering or transmission fluid from the engine. Something they would have noticed while the vehicle was on a lift for a brake job and their supposed safety and overall inspection. They are sharks, steer clear and go somewhere else. Zeigler Lincolnwood, Kalamazoo, Gurnee. They are all owned by the same unscrupulous people.

Very nice customer service while purchasing a 2020 Acadia SLT. Wilson went above and beyond, searching and personally going to another dealership more than an hour away to retrieve the vehicle with the feature that I wanted. Not only that, but the vehicle that he found was better, with more features than the one that I was initially looking for, yet he and the manager JP still kept their word and honored the original price. As a retired veteran with six major deployments I never thought that honor would be a word to describe anything involving car dealerships. Great Job!!!

Watch out for the hidden costs when buying used vehicle!

I bought my Range Rover from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with John Hooker. He really came through for me. Less than 24 hours after I brought the car home, I heard two separate noises (brakes and suspension). I called John right away. He said, no worries, we ll take care of you. I dropped off the care the very same day and John gave me his Demo Car to use while they fixed the issue. Sure enough, the car was ready the very next day without any cost of repairs. This tells me two things... 1. John has my best interest. It s not all about the sale. 2. The dealership cares about their reputation, as it wouldn t have looked good for them to sell me a lemon. They took responsibility to make sure that I was getting a car that I d enjoy and look back at my experience as a good one with the dealership.

Also, I am still waiting to get the second key for my vehicle. Apparently the dealership has not been able to track down the person that traded in the car that I bought and ask them to bring in the 2nd key. Me getting the key would be the cherry on the top. I am hoping someone at the dealership can make this happen and not just forget about it, as getting a replacement key with programming would cost me $477 at the Land Rover dealership. Overall, I recommend John Hooker. He is an honest, sincere man. Not your typical auto salesman.

Thus far the air conditioner is working well and the courtesy car was great! Unfortunately I inadvertently left my garage door opener in the courtesy car I was provided.
Also, the headlight that I asked be changed was left unchanged and the seats that I asked to have checked to see if they could be folded down flat also was not fixed.

I wasn't to please with my service with Zeigler last Wednesday, May 27. Normally I use your service and had always receive excellent service from your staff.
Wednesday, I had an appointment at 12pm for an oil change and tire rotation.
1.
It took 3 hours to have the service completed.
2. The oil change indicator feature wasn't reset
3. The oil change reminder was removed but a new reminder wasn't added.
4. After I received the invoice, there wasn't any mention of the tire rotation, Jeremy corrected that after I inform him of the error.
5. No update from your staff to advise any delay.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! Do not trust this dealership. Their advertised prices do not reflect what they intend you to pay for the vehicle. They will not honor their internet prices and will try to add additional costs. FALSE Advertising. This dealership is horrible to work with. DO NOT TRUST them.

My experience with Kyle Sims was exquisite. Not only was he articulate and polite, he had answers to every question I had when choosing between a Cadillac CTS & ATS. Now I m rolling in a fresh new black Escalade and have never been happier. Kyle made me feel the way my girlfriend never could.

I bought 2017 Cadillac Escalade , the sold me brand new car that was involved in a accident , the cheated me big time , There are unrespectful and unappreciated , The finance department ran my credit 12 times , The fake my Papers The place is a scam and fraud , some of the employees and some of the managers Shouldn t be there in the first place , especially the guy in finance department , Do not buy the car from them ,you re going to be cheated 100% If you do so get yourself a good attorney because you gonna need one (Ziglar dealer is nothing but a scam and fraud) I tried talking to the manager to resolve the issue But there just don t care , I paid for my car hundred thousand us Dollars and Never got my original papers , I didn t have no choice instead of taking the to court , Especially finance department , My attorney is preparing a lawsuit against Zigler , If there is zero stars I give ghe Zero !!!!

I scheduled appointment for Mazda CX-5, called to make sure it is available and guess what?
I drove 2 hrs from Wisconsin and they told me it has been sold 3 hrs ago....
Really? Knowing that i have called 1 hr ago to make sure it is still there and they said it was.....

I believe, they fake availability, giving better prices in the market to attract customers and do not have it in stock.

IDK how the customer service is here, but thank Petty for such an awful experience.

Went in to WAYNE TAYLOR told him what I wanted he went got it loved the car so I walked off the lot with it.
Would highly recommend Wayne was good with explaining and answering any questions I had.

Just had a great experience with Victor on purchase of awesome preowned SUV. Was willing to show me the vehicle 10 mins before closing and set aside time the following day to follow up. Was honest and up front throughout the process and when we encountered and obstacle he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Will certainly top my list of referrals!

I have been wanted a Cadillac for a while now but could not get the service I was looking for. In fact, this was my third Cadillac dealership I had stopped by. Luckily for me I ran into Miguel, the Cadilac God! He knew everything there was to know how about the CT6 and more. His customer service was top notch to say the least. I didn t even have to ask questions, it s like he knew I was going to bring them up at one point he was was answering them casually during conversation. If anybody is in the market for a car I recommend you stop by here and ask for Miguel.

I love how the phone is answered by an actual person. I am always greeted as I enter the service department and my car is accepted for service in good time. I appreciate the availability of hand sanitizer. I suggest creating an outdoor waiting area for customers if possible.
