Horrible customer service. Poor communication. I called them 17 times in the process got hung up on seven times. Refused to talk to me texted me estimates without details. Had to beg for a written estimate. . Please avoid at all costs. Highly unethical and overpriced

Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. Miguel is a good kid and helped get me into a vehicle even though I had some credit issues. He also provided me with information on how to rebuild my credit back up and still get a car !

Thanks to Zeigler Buick Cadillac GMC of Lincolnwood for the excellent service in replacing the airbag inflator of my 2005 Vibe Pontiac for free. In addition, I was amazed by the overall inspection and assessment of the car condition and the carwash , all for free. I am very satisfied with their car services.

Had problem with my newly purchased 2016 Buick Encore. Every time I fulled up the service engine light would come on. So I took it to Ziegler Buick and GM in Lincolnwoid to find out the problem. That God for lifetime warranty on my engine because the converter and battery need to be changed. The next day all was good but noticed a ding on the passenger door that wasn't there before. So brought it back in to find out what happened. Jeremy the Service Manager took good care of the problem and I have to admit I thought integrity and honesty was a thing of the past when it comes to car dealerships.

I am not even sure they fixed the car. They returned the car filthy and were never able to give a correct time when the car would be available. It took over three days on a job that they originally said would be complete at the close of the next day!

My vehicle wasn't vacuumed nor washed as I requested

We picked up our new car yesterday at Zeigler. The experience could not have been easier. Jonathan Moscovitz, our sales person got us exactly the car we wanted, explained all of our options and priced the vehicle exactly where we wanted it to be. No haggling or back & forth like "the old days" of buying a car. Jonathan's assistant, Lynnetta spent over half an hour showing my wife all the features of the new car. Frank Casa, the finance manager clearly explained our contract while offering us several options. No pressure at all. Everyone was extremely professional and very, very nice. We have absolutely nothing but praise for Jonathan and his team!

While the service was great overall, we would have liked more frequent communication initiated by the service department given we needed to wait a week for a part to come in. We received a loaner and there was no problem keeping it longer than anticipated which helped a great deal. The texting feature is awesome but again, just would like to be kept updated on the progress before needing to inquire.

Service personnel were very courteous and helpful. Waiting area was very nice. Washrooms were clean. I was told that my oil change would be completed in 45 minutes to 1 hour. It actually was 1 hour and 15 minutes. The entrance to the service area was congested with cars. It seemed hazardous. Overall a good experience.

I love my little SUV, it gives me luxury and fun, I can haul my groceries, my dog or we can go on a weekender in this sporty little suv. I would never thought I would drive a Buick, but thanks to Victor's help and patient I now am an owner of a Buik Encore. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to Victor Aviles. Victor and the manager did a phenomenal job at getting me in this car.

Worst experience of my life. I went in for brakes and a squeaking noise. After 2 months my car was still not fixed. The employee admittedly took my car overnight for a joy ride and I paid for the alternator he blew. Body damage from the tow truck. Left with $1100 bill and had to go somewhere else to get the noise and brakes fixed which took 2 days and the job was done perfectly and honestly.
DO NOT go to this dealer. BAD MECHANICS, BAD EMPLOYEES. BAD MANAGER.

The overall experience was delightful. In particular an associate by the name of Kyle Sims was especially helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend to a friend/associate.

I went in to purchase a used Jeep Renegade. Price on the website was $14,846. Disclosures per the dealer website " Advertised Price Excludes Tax, Title, License and Documentary Service Fee." Test drove it, liked it, went inside to write a check and be done. When we got to the desk, the salesperson handed us a paper that said it would be $21k. Besides tax (~$1200), title/license (~500) and document fees (~$300), there was also a "Pro pack" and "Reconditioning" fee. The pro pack was effectively a one year extended warranty, which we did not want or request, and the Reconditioning Fee was the charge for the maintenance they had performed on the car.

Neither the Pro pack nor the Reconditioning Fee was disclosed on the website, and although we didn't want the pro pack, we were told that since they had already done some of the service, it wasn't optional. We were also told that since they were a Union shop, the Reconditioning fee was not able to be removed, and couldn't be in the original price due to Union policy.

They tried to charge us ~$4000 for undisclosed fees, and blame it on the unions. They could provide no explanation why it wasn't on the website, and the best they could do was remove the pro pack, but they couldn't remove the Reconditioning fee, since that was due to the Union. The "final" price they offered us was ~$18,500, which is still over the advertised price and disclosed fees.

Obviously, we walked. This experience was unacceptable in every way, and is deceptive at best, bait and switch at worst.

Had a great experience I will definitely recommend family and friends. Thank you Lorraine.

Went to Ziegler to look at a car. Darek Gniadek met us and was so friendly and down to earth I didn't even know he was a salesman. He encouraged us to drive the car for as long as we wanted. When it was time to buy, I was firm on the pricing I wanted and he fought twice as hard as I did to get the financing to my pricepoint. Darek may not have made much money off of me, but he's a stand up guy (I made him stand up about 100x on his way to go argue with finance on my behalf). You're the man, Darek! My experience at Ziegler was a positive one and we will be back and recommend them to friends and familly! Definitely see Darek for your auto needs. He will help you out and work for you.

This review is for parts service.
I have ordered parts for years since before it was bought out by Zeigler. I called looking for specific bolts and they didnt have in stock. Todays staff that I don't usually deal with wouldnt provide with a part number to help me track them because of "company policy." I hope im wrong to think this is the only dealership with this new policy.

Tony J. (Service Advisor) is very responsive and asks great questions to help me determine the potential issues and areas that may be the root of my auto problem. He's an active listener, patient (I did not have to tell him to slow down as I took notes), does not waste time and his service is personalized (this is the absolute most important to me) beyond the paper work. There is some space to work in case you don't want to leave and return. I was comfortable enough and prepared to stay for three hours so that I could continue to handle my business. Everyone that I've come across has been helpful. They've won me over and now I've got them saved in my contacts.

I had a great experience buying my new Cadillac at Zeigler of Lincolnwood Fady was very helpful and honest throughout the entire buying process. Hard to beat prices and highly recommended even if its a long drive to get there.

Bought my used Dodge Charger here about a year ago. Love the car, and my sales rep was friendly... But it's a shady practice to get the car washed and not dry it before presenting it to the customer to hide scratches.

Took care of our problem and communicated with us throughout the process.

Had a wonderful experience being helped by Kyle Sims while browsing several cars. He was very knowledgeable about various models and provided me with insightful information about the packages and options that are available! He is the go to guy at this dealership when it comes to buying a car!

Just bought a 2019 Encore from Rene Quinones Got a great deal! helped get our transaction done quickly with the finance dept! The finance manager gave us a great extended warranty deal, which he did not pressure at all. He was also great! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in & felt good walking out. Very pleased with the entire process, thank you!

Had to edit this from the other day as the deal fell through. Rene is a great salesman and did a wonderful job working with me on trying to get a fair deal based on the internet price. Definitely try to get him if you come in looking for a vehicle. He's upfront and knows his stuff.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the dealership's management. Their pricing strategy on used cars is arguably deceptive. They advertise a seemingly great deal, but when you show up to negotiate, they add a mandatory "protection plan,"
for thousands of dollars, essentially a mediocre extended warranty/service plan (not even needed since the vehicle I was looking at still had several years OEM coverage left) that has been over-priced to boost the margin on the sale. This "plan" was listed NOWHERE on the listing, and I had no idea until the final price was shown. You'd think such a great plan would be advertised on the vehicles page, but there was no mention of it. Big red flag.

After four long hours, I finally thought we reached an agreement when I was promised a fair out-the-door price, but the bill of sale came out to thousands more than the intended price! Out the door means out the door, INCLUDING down payment. The higher ups don't seem to agree with this definition, however.

To reiterate, the sales staff on the floor are awesome people, great to work with. (Thanks again, Rene and Lisa. You two were honest and patient with us despite our growing frustration.) However, the financial/sales managers hiding behind the glass screen have some questionable methods of pricing and advertising used vehicles, and because of them, I will not be visiting a Zeigler dealership again. Both my time and the salesman's time were wasted by a price hike that should have been disclosed far sooner.

Before you sign, make sure you're getting an honest price!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer! There is nothing special about this place. They will avoid your calls like the plague after you've made a purchase. Once they have your money, they do not care about you anymore. I purchased my truck almost 3 months ago and still have not recieved my license plates. Ive called close to a dozen times and they always tell me someone will call me back with answers, they never call back. Even the managers don't return your call! I don't live close by so I cant just stop in and talk to someone in person. I have never had such a poor dealership experience, especially from a GMC dealer! My fault for going to this dealer to get the best deal in my area. Would've gladly paid more for my truck somewhere else had I known what I was in for at Ziegler. Hopefully this review keeps someone from making the same mistake I did.

One of my best car buying experience, I just bought a 2019 Cadillac escalade esv from them, everything went as smooth as you can expect. Fady Samhan is the best salesperson ever, I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. No hidden charges no drama, I would love to do business with them in future.

Buyers beware - they are not honest. I inquired about a car for sale and was told it was in "premium" condition. I've purchased cars out of state before so I know what to ask for... I specifically asked about dings, scratches, scuffs, etc... was told there was minimal and I asked for a video of the vehicle and that the blemishes be pointed out. The internet sales director pointed out 3 blemishes and said nothing was on the front or rear of car. I drove almost 6 hours, when I got there I lost count after 25-30 blemishes. There were 2 dings and the back bumper was gouged. I understand it is a used car and some blemishes are expected, but this was bad. Had he been honest, I would have saved my money and stayed way. I spent over 12 hours in a car and money on gas and tolls, I have called the dealership and emailed the General Manager, no response or apology. They do not care about customer service or their customers. They did offer to pay for a detail when I got back to MN to see if the scuffs and scratches would "buff out"... no thanks, I will spend my money elsewhere.

The GMC brand drove us to your dealership where we met Jeff. He is the one who showed us and explained to us all of our options in regards to buying a 2500HD. He answered all of our questions and flawlessly guided us through the entire process of selecting and closing on the purchase of our new truck. At no point in time did we ever feel pressured or unimportant to Jeff or your dealership. His assistance was invaluable. When it came down to the numbers Jay was also pleasure to deal with. Together Joy and Jeff left us with a great feeling about our decision, our purchase, and our experience in total. As I drive by your dealership every day, between my home and my office, I will enjoy the local convenience of having all of my maintenance (and hopefully little to no warranty work) done on the truck at the dealership. Most importantly, my wife and I will not hesitate to recommend your dealership and Jeff to our friends and family who may be looking for new or used automobiles.

I own a GM vehicle and live 5 minutes away from a Chevy dealership on Irving Park, but I chose to get my vehicle serviced at Zeigler. I usually go to David because he is a wonderful Service Manager. He is transparent and clear on the costs and services. He makes sure to check in with us through text/calls so we know exactly what is being done and when we can pick up our vehicle. He is vey knowledgeable so we always trust his professional opinion. I highly recommend coming to this beautiful establishment.
