Overall a good experience. Drove down from Madison knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted on their lot, and had talked to several people to make sure the details were correct before making the trip.

Ray was great, nice guy, let my kid play on his Nintendo the entire time we were there. Process was easy, came with financing in place, paperwork wasn't bad. We were there just over 90 minutes. Overall everything was good.

One note about pricing when shopping through USAA. The price quoted online is different than what the dealer shows by nearly $3500. There are a couple of packages that are added for different services. I was surprised, but Ray took care of us, and I still feel we got a good deal on the truck. My advice would be to verify an out the door price over the phone before you make a six hour round trip, just so there aren't any surprises when you're there.

We had a good experience at Zeigler, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
