Matthew was great to work with and I wish him the best but other members of the Ziegler team have left this as my worst car purchasing experience. This dealership simply wanted a sale and as soon as the dotted line was signed... they were not concerned with the customer. I left the dealership with a 2017 used vehicle (which I almost didn t purchase because their actual prices are much higher than their advertised prices) and found a few items on my drive home I wanted their help to resolve. After days of not answering the phone or returning messages I finally heard from someone at their dealership who said they would see what they could do. Weeks later, still no response. Their original advice was... call your insurance and say the issue happened after you took possession, they will take care of it. No Ziegler, have some integrity. I hope this review lights a fire in someone at Ziegler to view the customer experience differently and strive to do the right thing over the easy thing.
