I took my 2004 Cadillac Escalade there actually a brought it from the old dealership that was there and the low life they got hanging around there now is like vandalizing people vehicle with scratches on my hood after getting a shuttle with a driver who only talk about removing scratches from cars ! After took concerns to the new management and got the old well look into it,around 3 months later I went to get battery checked because you can always get a appointment there and I could not get one at any other dealer after getting the truck look at it was another scratche on the hood on the other side also they said I needed 2,500$ work got it done at another dealer and problem still exists , Rogers then dienose my vehicle now it s fixed properly WOWED!!! By there unprofessionalisem and incompanent service department no wonder you can always get a appointment!
