Came in to get my tire and windshield wiper fixed. Two weeks later I discover both the tire and wiper are still dysfunctional. Came back in to get these items fixed with a 10 am appointment. Was never assisted or even acknowledged until after 11 am. Ridiculously poor service.

I needed a new vehicle as my car was a 1999. Jeff(the guy the Filipino guy) was very knowledgeable about ALL the new technology. He was very patient and taught me how to work everything.
I bought a used vehicle and he was honest and direct about the minor issues. I really appreciated that. So I am the proud owner of a Yukon and it's even my favorite color.
He did a fabulous job and I recommend him highly.Thank you jeff and zeigler

Carlos was of great assistance to me and my wife. We had a lot of questions regarding the vehicle of choice because we had not been in the market for a vehicle for a long time. He was patient and thorough with his explanation. He made things a lot easier for us. Now we're enjoying a brand new Buick Enclave. Thank you Carlos and the entire Zeigler team for making it happen. We'll see you guys again in a few more years!

Purchased a Silverado Z71 LTZ on October 6 2018 and had a really great positive experience at Zeigler Auto Group. Our sales rep Reyna Salazar was outstanding because she was helpful and genuine through the whole purchase process. There are also other really good sales reps and Sr. management on-site that are so friendly and make the important and economical decision to purchase an automobile so much more enjoyable. The finance manager Rafal is so informative and walks you through the process so you fully understand and we truly appreciated his knowledge. There are some great deal opportunities currently and we will definitely return when we purchase our next car/truck.

I did a oil change today which took forever i had ...

I did a oil change today which took forever i had an appointment at 11AM and i was out 1.35pm just for a oil change they didn't do the tire rotation as they were supposed to do, if you go for something else prepare to sleep there. Slowest service I have EVER had so far, plus they didn't do everything what was included on the deal, just the oil change.When i went home i checked my car i see the tires aren't rotated.I called them and they said it is not on the papers .Good luck with your service, you lost a customer .

A few of my family members and friends have leases. I had no idea what that meant, and so I reached out to Zeigler. That's when met Carlos. He was very patient and knows how to explain things easy to understand. Now I'll be driving a new CT4 and I guess I'll see him again in 3 years for a brand new car all over again! Had interior drivers side door lever replaced. Original GM part was 50$ cheaper online at gmofficial parts store. When I got in the car the new lever was marked up with lines that looked like scratches which I was able to scrub off. The leather door interior was marked with greasy hand prints and never cleaned before vehicle was given back to me. I complained about the undisclosed parts pricing which didn t take place before replacement to management and to cashier as I paid. Who told me she hopes my day gets better with a disingenuous smile. No one offered to clean the interior when I mentioned my disappointment. The work was done within 2 hours but finishing details were dismal and careless. My family are retirees from GM. Room for improvement at Zeigler Buick. I would post photos of available.

I just had a wonderful experience at Ziegler Buick Cadillac GMC! The service advisor, Mohamad Yaghmour, was so polite from beginning to the end of my appointment. He even took the time to take brake dust off my one rim.The technician took the time to explain the two problems with my car to my satisfaction. He even put it up on the lift to show me the hole in the CV boot. I will definitely use Ziegler exclusively for my car!

I had the pleasure of David Hernandez finding out that my $180 car battery did not need to be replaced. My aftermarket car alarm was causing my vehicle not to start correctly. He went beyond to determine this intermittent problem that I had. If you need great customer service ask for David Hernandez in the service department!

If I could have rated Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood higher than a 10, I would have. We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Keith Gerstner, our salesman, was the BEST; kind, patient and informative. All of the attributes a salesperson should have. No pressure. He took his time with us throughout the process. The showroom was very clean and inviting. We LOVE our Buick!!! Thank you! Will recommend Keith and the dealership to anyone in need of another vehicle.

Updated review: Fraz Khalid left. We brought the Escalade in for the Thermostat, which is a very simple $40 part. After three days we haven t heard anything so we called. They called us back at 1 PM and said the car was ready, when we got there at 4 they made us wait about 20 minutes while they got paperwork together and the bill was $400! Labor here is very expensive! They took us out to our car and it was DEAD. They blamed the cold weather. They jumped it. We were very upset that they d had the car nearly 4 days, weren t ready when we got there, overcharged us for the very simple item, and left our car outside or left the doors open and killed the battery. We said that if it was dead tomorrow we would certainly be back. The guy very sarcasticly responded ok sure that s fine since we do sell batteries here. The card he gave us says Tony Jaramillo. Sure enough it was dead again the next day and had to be jumped, and when we brought it in this sold us another battery to the tune of several hundred dollars. Isn t that convenient? Avoid this place.

We brought our Escalade here for a front headlight. Many other auto repair shops were hesitant to change the light because the part is expensive and one shop even said he had never done it before! We decided to try a dealer and came into Ziegler this weekend. We were blown away by the customer service of Fraz Khalid. He was VERY courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back thanks to Khalid. Thank you for an excellent experience!

After a VERY difficult start to the used car buyin...

After a VERY difficult start to the used car buying experience with Ziegler I spoke with Steve the new GM of the dealership. He was appreciative of the feedback and understood the frustrations I felt through the process with the two previous salesman who kept playing some little game of lies and deceit on pricing. Steve assured me he was now personally involved and the situation would be fixed. He directed me to Jonathan Moscovitch in sales who was extremely professional and beyond helpful. Jonathan went above and beyond to provide detailed information on the vehicle including numerous detailed pics and specific pricing that we agreed to. Jonathan was a breath of fresh air to a frustrated customer who was ready to walk away and spend a little more at another dealer just to not have to deal with the previous used car manager. Our buying process was a little more complex since we were out of state and would not be able to physically see the vehicle until we arrived to drive it home. Jonathan provided more than enough detail for us to make our decision. Upon our arrival on day of purchase Jonathan and his team were prepared with a car that detailed, paperwork all in order, no extra sales pitches on any add-ons making the entire process seamless. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes back on the road to drive my daughter's car home. Steve and Jonathan are both professionals in the car business and worth your time to call or stop in. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Jonathan again in the future.

Our salesperson Darek was THE BEST!!!!! I would definitely buy a car from him again. The only negative thing I have to say about the experience was the wait time. We shook on the deal at 2:15, but did not sign the final paper work until almost 4:45. Darek didn t have anything to do with the wait time so totally go buy a car from him.

We Highly recomend this dealership for the service of your car! We brought our vehicle to be serviced and David was the gentleman that helped us and offered outstanding service and care! We got an awesome new loaner to use for a couple of days while our vehicle was in for service and repairs. He kept us updated about our vehicle and explained the work the vehicle needed and the costs. After a couple of days he called us and had us come in and pick up the car. Very satisfied with David's outstanding customer service I will definitely bring my car for service here from now on! Thank you!

I walked in convinced that there was only a small chance I would walk out with a car that day. I was pleasantly surprised to find folks willing to find what I wanted and negotiate a fair price. The entire team hit home runs with me as well as my son who joined me at the end of the process. It was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

I've told them that I will pay the full amount, we had discussed price and expenses. After I brought a certified check for what we had discussed it appeared that they had increased the numbers, out of nowhere, there is a 900 inspection charge + a 2500 PRO PACK not optional protection package in expenses where nobody could truly clarify before, that after they knew I want it.

He showed me my new Jeep Renegade at great detail, helped fill out paperwork to get the sun roof repaired, and broke down all of the available financing options and add on packages.
