The service department has serious issues on providing good or even average customer service. They lost our key while they had our car, tried to hide it, kept us waiting, we had to be the ones to continue to follow up and now we still have 1 key not working almost 2 weeks later. This is not our first unpleasant experience with this service department, but it will be our last once I get 2 functional working keys back in my hands. I have spent almost $3000 there and have to bring my car back for a third time.
