Miguel assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. I am a first time car buyer and i can tell you this was not the experience i anticipated. I came in looking for Buick Encores. We test drove a 2018 and a 2017 and I settled on the 2017. He was patient and knowledgeable the entire time. It was a very relaxing interaction and I felt no pressure at any time.
