My day started out as lemon and ended up as lemona...

My day started out as lemon and ended up as lemonade because of my experience yesterday with Ziegler's Dealerships and their employees. My engine over heated, had to have my car towed and from my first phone call to their service department (Jema), to the person who helped me at the service desk (Betty) was flawless and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Even a mechanic who saw me standing at my car as the tow truck operator parked my car by the service area took my keys and escorted me to the service desks. I don't know if KIA on Crawford and Lincoln is a Zeigler Dealership but that's where I barely got my car into their parking lot and everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful. They are the ones who gave me the telephone number and address of your dealership on McCormick Blvd. I know people are quick to complain but I feel we should be quick to compliment as well.
