Manager was asking for a $3820 certification fee on top of the marked price for a 2017 Cadillac XT5 that I inquired about that was being advertised as certified pre - owned. And said he wouldn t sell the vehicle without the certification fee. Without the certification I wouldn t have gotten a warranty that was being advertised by it as well. I didn t make a purchase today and won t anytime soon through them. If they are going to have a certification fee for a certified preowned vehicle, either include it in the price and don t surprise paywall a customer or don t advertise it as certified.
