I stopped by GP Bikes this morning (Feb. 11 / 20), with a friend who had not yet been there before. We were kindly greeted by every staff member who saw us which was really nice. We had a look around, getting ready for the upcoming season and ended up speaking with an employee named Carl who helped us with helmets. He was amazing. The customer service we experienced was second to none, truly awesome. Knowledgable, patient, courteous, no pressure and professional were all the traits we saw from Carl. Thank you Carl and GP Bikes for having such great employees there. We will definately be returning to pick up some gear.
