What a bad thing this is. Last year I ordered a cabinet. In the meantime the delivery has already been postponed four times at the last moment, on the grounds that the supplier can not cope with the crowds. This while the cabinet is still offered online with an estimated delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks. Then clearly filed a complaint and canceled the closet. Customer service indicated that I would be called back. Only response is an email with new date of delivery for about 4 weeks ... Goossens, what a drama!

Last Wednesday it was as far as the Goossens outlet that started at 9:00 am, set an alarm clock at 6:45 am since it was an hour and a half drive. Upon arrival at 8:30 am there were already people waiting at the door and I was the 4th who was allowed in after being outside for half an hour. Once inside, I walked to the place where the furniture had to stand, for which I had driven specifically to Goossens in Veghel, and it was not there. After talking to someone she told me that people who work at Goossens were given priority to all other people and someone had already reserved my first choice. The strange thing is that nothing was said about this on the website and people who work at Goossens therefore have a priority position which is understandable, but then add this or remove the furniture from the outlet page if they are not there. Had contact with customer service and here was said literally, well annoying but sometimes rules are broken. There could be no apologies for the costs / hours incurred in the car.
From now on I will not order anything from Goossens anymore and would prefer to spend 50 more elsewhere of which I am left with a satisfied feeling with good service because yours can be called dredging.

At the Cruquius location two sofas, coffee table and side table ordered early Nov. 2019, clearly indicated and discussed with the saleswoman that a smaller vehicle was necessary for delivery, a maximum of one mb sprinter due to narrow streets. After the delivery time itself called customer service when delivery could take place, after 10 minutes someone on the phone was on hold, could not answer, things were received and the lady did not understand why there was no delivery. Called back from the planning by someone and explained the situation, then heard nothing again, after two days called again with customer service, again 10 minutes on hold, finally contact, situation explained again, lady could not answer, later I called back , Goossens was unable to deliver the furniture with a smaller vehicle, or we had to dissolve the sales agreement !! no delivery. No solution or alternative at all, they simply leave the customer in the cold. Weird to experience how this company deals with customers and what is understood by customer service.

We have ordered a dining table and TV cabinet. Both damaged and the leg does not fit under the table. I sent photos and got an appointment 6 weeks later to have a service engineer see if it can be repaired. I now have double furniture in the living room, I wanted to return the TV furniture because it does not have the quality that we expected from Goossens furniture and I do not want to sit with 2 TV furniture for 6 weeks, so we are now going for 1.5 hours drive to avoid 80 euros pick-up costs.
A new table or TV unit is only offered if a service technician has been present, while I think it is already clear from the photos that the leg will not fit without drilling. Also, a screw is sticking through the dining table top, but still they make you wait so long.
Goossens, why do you not have an exchange guarantee for new products and does a service technician still have to pee (after photos of the defects)? This would prevent a lot of frustration for customers.

At the check out, we asked to get the cupboard we purchased delivered to our home through third-party courier they offer. We pay for the delivery and the lady at the cash register tells us a the date on which the cupboard will be delivered so we leave content. On the appointed delivery date turns out that 1) although we payed at Goossens for this delivery, we were supposed to 'make an appointment' ourselves with the delivery service; no one cared to actually tell us that, 2) we go to the website of the delivery service and turns out we were charged at least 10 euros more and on top of that we were lied to that the delivery service does not involve taking furniture up the stairs, whereas the provider's website does offer that. Client service was completely unhelpful, they practically don't have any overview of anything that hasn't been bought from their online store and we didn't hear a single 'sorry for your inconvenience' throughout. Ordered a table about three years ago, which according to Goossens itself had a value of 1,209. The table was considerably discounted. I bought (and paid for) this table and also paid 100 for transport.
After about a week I was emailed that the table was sold to someone else by accident. They wanted to give me a furniture value check of 400 or my purchase amount (and the 100 for transport?), But of course I could never buy a similar table from that.
We are now 3 years further and still this is not resolved. Goossens simply does not offer a solution and I have not even received my purchase back after three years!

Our thought was to buy our furniture from Goosens, because then you get quality. We might as well have gone to IKEA. Unfortunately the quality was very poor. Terrible experience with this company. First of all, we had to wait an enormously long time for our delivery (about 2 months). We have ordered a coffee table here of 280 euros. The product that was subsequently delivered was really too embarrassing for words. It seems as if we have received a show model that has been in a store for years. It is a round table, but the table top is very crooked. There are damages in the wood (printing of screws), the table is dirty and it rattles on all sides. It is not about damage due to delivery, but just really very poor quality. We therefore wanted to return the table. We now only have to pay 80 euros for this, which I understood perfectly under normal circumstances. I understand that if you want to return because the table is a bit disappointing, there must be costs involved. But this table should never have been sent.
