About half a year ago we bought a sideboard and dresser. Helped well in the shop and ordered furniture.
Our thought was to buy our furniture from Goosens, because then you get quality. We might as well have gone to IKEA. Unfortunately the quality was very poor. Do not close later, cabinets not properly adjusted, considerable paint dripping, not properly varnished, leaving light spots on the sideboard cabinet visible. We did not expect this at all, since we paid a considerable amount and we thought we were going for quality, not so !!
Customer friendliness is hard to find. Choice: either 150 euros back (on an amount of more than 2000 euros for one cupboard) or the cupboard lost 2 months and then it was updated. Neither option for us. Absolutely no water was added to the wine. We could make do with this, period!
For us Never live and sleep with Goosens again !!
