At the Cruquius location two sofas, coffee table and side table ordered early Nov. 2019, clearly indicated and discussed with the saleswoman that a smaller vehicle was necessary for delivery, a maximum of one mb sprinter due to narrow streets. After the delivery time itself called customer service when delivery could take place, after 10 minutes someone on the phone was on hold, could not answer, things were received and the lady did not understand why there was no delivery. Called back from the planning by someone and explained the situation, then heard nothing again, after two days called again with customer service, again 10 minutes on hold, finally contact, situation explained again, lady could not answer, later I called back , Goossens was unable to deliver the furniture with a smaller vehicle, or we had to dissolve the sales agreement !! no delivery. No solution or alternative at all, they simply leave the customer in the cold. Weird to experience how this company deals with customers and what is understood by customer service.
