Hardly ever experienced such a lousy service. Months of delivery time, giving expensive furniture with Postnl, zero communication from Goossens and customer service that does not keep agreements. If I get through it once at customer service, my order may be canceled. In 11 weeks I could have cut a tree myself and made it into a coffee table. Apparently not Goossens.
