I had a very good experience with the team who works there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Depending on what you are looking for, they seem to be able to help in most cases.

If you are unemployed, do NOT tell them ANYTHING about your life or your job search. They WILL use any information you provide to get your benefits denied. I mentioned visiting family out of state over the Christmas holiday and they actually went into the system and made sure I didn't get benefits for that week, even though I continued my search, applied to numerous positions, and had a phone interview that week.
These people are not there to help you. They are there to reduce UI expenditures at any cost.
Merry Christmas, Mr. Scrooge!
They took my money for an appointment, and then said it wasn't in the system.
Veteran employments services are excellent. Reception was very professional and pleasant. Thank you!
The woman at the front desk is very rude, and overall, the staff in general do not seem knowledgeable. I went to an unemployment seminar, but they skimmed over a lot of information, had us write on and hand in a sheet that had most of the information that we needed, and then told us that if we had any questions about unemployment--despite currently teaching us about what to submit for unemployment benefits--that they didn't know and that we would have to talk to someone else. At least you can print and use their computers at any time for free.
Worst customer service ever specially with the lady who described herself as tony at the front desk who helps to fill up the form for unemployment.
Aside from the workshop they provide. Career assistance seem bleak.
