Ordered a table about three years ago, which according to Goossens itself had a value of 1,209. The table was considerably discounted. I bought (and paid for) this table and also paid 100 for transport.

After about a week I was emailed that the table was sold to someone else by accident. They wanted to give me a furniture value check of 400 or my purchase amount (and the 100 for transport?), But of course I could never buy a similar table from that.

We are now 3 years further and still this is not resolved. Goossens simply does not offer a solution and I have not even received my purchase back after three years!
