Cobb Theaters - Dolphin 19 Usher Review

It's ok for what it does. Just don't expect cheap food.

I went here on a field trip with my school and it was so much fun I had a great time! And the staff was Amazing!

management has no clue how to run thisthere is an empty seat between every family so in the front those seat are useless no propose to even have them have not been to the movies in 4yr. and I'm glad I am done with this as far as I am concern nor me or family will not be coming here ever again!!!!

Went to go watch The Meg IMAX in Auditorium 1 earlier tonight on a Sunday. HORRIBLE experience. People talking very loud throughout the whole movie (especially these Cubans, the balsero chusmeria ones, the ones you know have probably only been here 5 years or less). People on their cell phones after it rings and actually starts having a loud conversation during the movie. Red laser dots moving around on the screen continuously. Chairs were kicked. Complaints were made to staff and not one walked in to supervise. It was a total disaster. Never again. I highly recommend to go on a weekday during matinee or very late at night when everyone else is at home sleeping for work next morning.

In 2019 almost all local theaters have reclining seats. Unfortunately they have not upgraded these here yet. Except for the outdated seating, it's an overall good experience while visiting the mall.

No complaints about the theater just for the kind of food they serve here just spent 9.50$ for a bag of popcorn that clearly has been sitting there for more than 8 hours, after going where I got them no sorry no oh do you want us to get you some new ones? Nahhh what for right just got my refund and went back to my movie you guys need to try to fix the food you serve here!

Nice place, good comfortable seats but a bit expensive and they reserve too many auditorium seats for that dbox nonsense that nobody cares about.

It's good but the musty smell of some rooms is quite unpleasant

Clean theatre rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Tough to find parking in Dolphin mall. Overpriced food. Don't ever sit on the sides of the theater in a 3-D movie or you'll see the movie blurry!

I came to watch "IT SECOND CHAPTER", awful. What sick!!! And last 2 hrs!!!

I found the cinema dated, not very clean and the staff not very friendly. The restrooms need a good deep clean. (There were marks on the back of the cubicle door). I had to walk back to ask the staff my seating location because it was not on the ticket. The response was given with the attitude that it s my vault and I should know that it s free seating. If you have ever been to other places and countries you will know there s seating assigned to a ticket. So I took exception at the sarcastic response you can sit anywhere just not on someone already seated .

I love that cinema, every time I've gone I feel good, very comfortable, and a very good deal ... so far zero problems there

Doesn't serve popcorn without butter. If you want popcorn, you have to buy it with that greasy, artificially colored, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil they falsely call butter. Beyond that, the regular theaters don't have reserve seating or reclining chairs, which is odd for a large multiplex in this day and age. This was a state of the art place when it opened around 2002, now it just looks stuck in 2002. And they want you to eat buttered popcorn only.

The concessionaire is a mess.
Every thing else was all right.

Need a better seating for handicapped users. The spot for the wheelchair are so close up front that it gives me a neck pain everytime

I'm always going too the Cobb Theatres Dolphin Mall! I love spending a movie ticket at matinee price!

Crazy busy mall, parking a nightmare. Now they are merging seat types into the same showing.
I bought 4 regular tickets to a showing, only to find out i could only sit in the rear rows, all the best seats were now DBOX seats. So now you have to pay the premium just to sit in seats where you can see their tiny screens.
Never will go back to this cinema.

I prefer purchasing my seat ahead of time so whatever time I arrive my seat will be available for me. Unfortunately this theater does not offer that convenience. The seats do not recline and the walk area is small between the rows. Don't enjoy having someone's feet on the back of the seat next to me. Had to keep asking the individuals behind me to stop kicking my seat. Women's bathroom was dirty, definitely needs attention thoughout the day . Over priced concession.

Friday Film?? Obligatory place, well located, many rooms which ensures you have all the premieres of the week, rooms with 3D, Imax rooms, and rooms with D-box seats for new experiences, to enjoy with family or friends.

Good place, safe, clean, good attention, very comfortable and modern rooms, prices of acceptable tickets (The Snacks Like all Cinemas)

Dolphin Mall location a plus , dining , entertainment, and shopping. Completely comfortable seating best for me up to date.

Excellent service. The Manager Mr. Oliveira and his team are amazing. I forgot a new item in one of the theater and they solved my problem. They listed to me and made an effort to find it. Thank you, guys. I will be your customer always. They are the best.

For the price is fine, the baubles a bit expensive for the quality of the cinema ...

Seats were dirty with popcorn from the previous show

Sweated bullets last time I was there. Theater was empty. Why? Am I not worth your AC in hot as heck Miami? Wake up. 15 years or so and having issues like this?

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The theater was a mess. Spilled bdrinks everywhere. Women's room floor was wet...looked to be leaking from a toilet. It smelled dirty.

Horrible experience, the AC wao not working. and the seats its uncomfortable, i recomended try cinema 24 at miramar ,,, it's amazing,,,

This place is awesome, it has pretty cool arcades,so you can play while you wait for the movie to start. It has a bunch of screens so there are always multiple showings of the big movies. They offer regular screens, Real-D 3D screens, they also have the awesome theater experience that is D-Box and they have an IMAX screen so you can enjoy your movie in whatever format you'd like. The staff is ok. The down side is how long the lines for concessions are and how long they take to get what you ask for, it's ridiculous how long they take. Also their are no self serve for the drinks so no refills, also the seats are old and small and you can't reserve seats like in other theaters.

Never go for IMAX movies to this theater unless you can get there before most of the people. Only the mid 4 center rows can see the screen without issues. Whoever designed it didn't care most of the seats block the view of the ones behind them.

Don't expect a 20% discount for the 20% of the screen that will be filled with others people heads.

Good seats and screen quality. Sometimes the audio of the movie will vary, being too loud or too quiet.

Worse cinema going experience ever. The staff was unfriendly and the food counter. Popcorns are not fresh. The screen in theater had huge smudges all over. They're just taking advantage of being inside the mall and always having first time customers who haven't had the experience before.

Easy getting in and out, parked in the covered parking. Straight to the theater and back. Happy to do some shopping late on Sunday!
