Great sales experience (Thanks Rick) and great "2nd date" experience (Thanks Mark). For me, the service level matched the new MINI Cooper S, which is hard to do because it now incorporates BMW technology and has more HP. As I told Mark, the service level is so good that it actually impacts your decision on what type of car you want to buy (i.e. MINI or another brand). Keep it guys...!
