Service repairs are ridiculously priced. Took my vehicle there on warranty for brakes two hour drive. They changed the pads but wouldn't replace rotors. I told them that no self-respecting mechanic would ever put new pads on rotors in that condition. They said that unless they were "broken" they weren't allowed to replace them. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was on vacation and no one else had authority.
