I didn't plan on purchasing a mini. But.......
Chris was awesome and gave excellent service. The GM was nice, approachable and transparent. Chris was very knowledgeable about the mini and showed me different options.
After a few days of driving mybrand new 2019 Mini Cooper S, only 4 miles. I was at a stop light and the Mini died. I had to switch it from sports to green, put it in park and click the ignition switch. Thank God it started! My husband contacted Global Imports, asked to speak directly to the GM. The GM didn't take the call but pawn my husband over to Chris (who wasn't in). The reception contacted Chris and Chris called my husband. Needless to say Mini is going back to find out what's wrong. Keeping my fingers cross nothing is wrong.
