OMG - I just bought a Certified Pre-owned Mini Coo...

OMG - I just bought a Certified Pre-owned Mini Cooper Hardtop from Global Imports Mini, and Colleen Kelly (my sales person) was AWESOME!. The car is exactly what I was looking for, and I am very happy with the experience! I came in to test drive a Mini, and had specific requirements, which Colleen patiently listened to, and then we looked over all the inventory to see what could meet my needs. Colleen Kelly was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, professional. The first day when I test drove, I was on a time schedule, and Colleen was very mindful of that. We drove a fantastic Mini (green!), and then I came in next day with my husband to test drive it and buy it. Colleen Kelly answered all our questions easily or found answers from colleagues if needed. We are SO HAPPY to join the Mini family. I really like that Mini feels like a family - similar to the Miata family that we've belonged to for over 20 years! We traded in our 1992 Miata and got an excellent price for it. All financing and maintenance packages were explained thoroughly by both Colleen Kelly and Matt Starrett (the financial person) and we ended up purchasing the maintenance package for this 2013 Mini because it made sense to cover the costs now of scheduled maintenance for the next 3-yrs. We drove away happy! Then the next day, I returned to hand in Miata title, and had discovered a scratch on the Mini outside mirror, and Colleen had it taken back to the shop to buff it out. Great service, kind and professional sales persons, wonderfully clear financial packages - all around a 5 Star (Plus) experience! I would definitely go back and purchase another Mini from Global Imports and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. GO get your next Mini from here and drive Happy!
