My wife and I went into Global knowing we wanted a specific pre-owned vehicle on the lot. We were approached by Mark(MJ) and he was great to work with. We had gone to another dealer the previous day and it was night and day how well we were treated and taken care of. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I believe within 2 hours we had traded our car, purchased another and moved all our junk from one car to the next plus we had all paperwork signed with Tyler. Mark even helped load our junk from old car into new. The whole time Mark had a smile and and was attentive to our needs.
