Do NOT get your Mini serviced at this dealership! I took my Mini in to have a simple led light replaced and the technician damaged my door sill. To make matters worse he tried to cover up his fix and used cheap glue. When I called to complain my service advisor said there was a recall on door sills for some Minis. My car had no open recalls. To top it off when I talked to the manager about my situation he said "the technician should have just replaced the part, now I have to deal with it." I am sorry if YOUR mistake is such a huge inconvenience? All they did was replace the door sills and apologized, but no amount of apologies will account for the 35 minute drive and the hour I wasted with poor customer service.
