In and out pretty quickly. Couldn't beat the special offer on an oil change. Besides anything less than 5 stars is a failing review.
I tried to open the hood of my car a week or so after getting the service at Global and found that the hood release cable was broken. It just seems unlikely that the cable would have broken on its own not long after service. I sent Global an email that was redirected to the salesman for some reason. He did give me the name of the person in the service department I needed to speak with. I've grown tired of not getting return emails from this person so I give up. I will not return to Global for service or for my next MINI.
