Place was wonderful just wish housekeeping would notify you when you leave your belongings ... Otherwise great place.

Loved it, loved it. Gorgeous rooms and immaculate grounds. Food is good.

If you like management to telling you it s your problem when music from an event is so loud at 10pm it keeps your kids up...and that they have no limits on volume at their events...and that I should have known better before I booked since they have many events...
Then this is the hotel for you.
Customer service was beyond arrogant in their representation of what they deem acceptable at a hotel.
But I guess it s general run down and over used appearance matches the management s attitude

Nice spot for a break from the ordinary. Plenty of golf and tennis. Catering for meetings is very good.

We are lucky enough to work and live here full-time in a place were many visitors come and spend their vacation because Its so close it is to Walt Disney World. Reunion Resort is truly an amazing location love how much green space there is with the three golf courses plenty of walking trails and several onsite restaurants.

Every time we have family or friends visit we get to show them around and we fall more in love with it, what a beautiful place to call home very blessed and lucky

Humongous resort. The the bedroom suites are well equipped and comfortable. The golf course are tough but fair, although they are not maintained like higher end courses. You really never need to leave the resort to have a good vacation

The resort is beautiful, had a wonderful time. We came for a 25th Anniversary Renewal. Planning another trip next year!

The resort is humongous - the grounds seem to go on forever, but are very well maintained. The resort provides a complimentary door-to-door shuttle service to take you anywhere you'd like, but there are beautiful walking paths as well. Each little "neighborhood" has its own small pool, but there's a larger pool by the fitness center and on the roof of the resort. The staff has been top notch. We've been extremely pleased with our stay so far.

Loved the 3 bedroom condo. It was lovely and quiet.

The stay was very nice, we stayed at the Eagle condos for 2 nights and everything was good as expected. Some of the furnishments felt slightly out of date but overall it was a good experience. It's also nice that it's not too far from Disney World.

The rooms are great, and the kids love the water park

I'm staying in the villas. Very large, very comfortable, and very clean rooms.

I'm currently at the resort and although it's nice and the staff friendly, I'm disappointed. I've spent good money to attend a quality resort and found our microwave inoperable. They said they would replace it right away and when I returned later they said that it wouldn't be replaced until tomorrow.

Huge resort. Great properties for families of all sizes.

This resort is beautiful and full of entraitntment options, we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time we've stayed at Reunion Homes. We will definitely stay here again.

Best resort for large families. Period. The benefits of having three bedrooms and three baths without spending a fortune far outweighs anything that any resort closer to the parks can offer. Also happens to be a beautiful resort with first class amenities. This is the only place I'll stay whenever we get to the area from now on.

The house was spacious and beautiful, exactly what we needed for our family. Planning to come back next year:-)

Great service, huge rooms, great staff, many ammentities

The two stars is only for a beautiful golf course with pretty buildings. Beyond that the service is subpar and the customer service/desk people and concerierge people are clueless. For example we asked for the shuttle to pick us up at villas north and the front desk response was that they didn t know where that was. Ridiculous. Will not go back unless service changes and would not recommend to others

Just spent the weekend here and CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!! The water park was amazing, the kids (and the adults) had so much fun! The room was HUGE and very nice. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the layout worked perfectly for our family. My only complaint was that the TV's needed to be upgraded. Other than that, this place is one of the nicest resorts I've ever stayed at. Enormous community, you can easily get lost.

Quiet atmosphere, clean and spacious rooms. Great service and overall experience. We've been here twice now and have enjoyed it each time.

Excellent resort. Massive, absolutely massive. Heaps of pools and golf courses, and the water park is pretty cool, especially when entry is included with your room. Close to Disney, shops and food. Customer service so far so good.

Great three courses designed by great golfers, the Palmer, the Watson and the Nicholas. Enjoyed playing all three.

The hotel is great. The golf course is a great place to unwind. The course is so close you can get from your room to the first tee within 15 minutes. It has taken longer than that just to get checked in at other golf courses. This I'd a great place to relax.

My family and I stay at Reunion Resort atleast 2x a year. We book through 1791 Vacation Experience and we have a great time. We always stay in a 3br villa and the service is top notch. We all love the water park, it is very relaxing , that we enjoy coming back again again.

Worst experience ever . Not only did we have to wait two hours to get checked in we were rained out with torrential downpour our first day of golf with no refund. Their response was use it or lose it . The service was absolutely atrocious and our room was filthy upon arriving. They have an excuse for everything and talking to a manager is an absolute waste of time , they try to put you off on someone else and give you an absolute runaround. We have spent thousands at this resort and they obviously do not care at all about their customers. There are many resorts in the state of Florida I would highly recommend choosing any one of them over reunion resort we will never be coming back here.

My parents rented a home in Reunion for the week. It was a fantastic stay with wonderful amenities.

First time visiting and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a little dated but ok. No problems with comfort though. The kitchen is equipped for you to use. The food at the Clubhouse was very good. The Italian restaurant was not great. Our server was never around and our food wasnt good and it took forever to arrive. That was so disappointing. The staff was pretty friendly at the front desk. The Waterpark is really nice. We enjoyed the food, drinks and fun. It is a little expensive though. The pool area was ok. It wasn't very family friendly and no staff was ever in sight.

The family loved this place, definitely coming back

Not impressed. First before you book be aware of the additional $60 a day you have to pay that is billed under resort fees and parking. This did not include any food or housekeeping. The room is average, you get a full size fridge, oven, and the bed comfortable. The water park area is a nice plus and my kids really enjoyed it. Overall there are better choices in the area for the price.

We had dinner at eleven. It was a good experience. All the staff were very accommodating, the decor was lovely, and the food was good.

Fantastic, wonderful, has everything and anything else you can't imagine and close to Disney, just going to see it to believe it.

Decent rooms. Beds made daily. However there is a carpet smell in the lobby that is quite strong before entering your rooms.

Resort is amazing! Service is exceptional and resort is super clean and we'll maintained. We have been her 4 times and will keep coming back!! Love it! You should definitely come here if you are in the area.

The move is beautiful, comfortable and ideal to really rest. The only terrible thing was to the attention of the reception staff who work in a bad way.

Great place. We've never stayed in the hotel but we've rented ballrooms for the past 2 years for our company's event. Great staff that helped get everything set up and responded to last minute changes on the fly. I'd give 5 stars, but as with all ballroom or convention type rentals you have to use their food & beverage service which is way overpriced.

Worst food offer ever. Almost every single restaurant was closed all days in the evenings. Long waiting time ! Restaurant and rooming service did not pick up the phone for more then an hour trying since official operation time. Longest waiting time i ever had at a hotel to get response.gave up

Great place with great amenities, the resort is very well kept and has an AMAZING water park. Plus the resort itself is located in a convenient area, restaurants and stores are all within 5 minutes of the resort. The only complaint I have is they were 2 hours late with checkin, we arrived from Delaware at 1pm knowing check-in wasn t until 4pm, so we just went to the water park to wait after letting them know we were here. They let us know that when the room becomes available they ll let us know. 4pm is supposed to be their check-in time, unfortunately our room was not ready until 6pm and they made no effort to communicate any updates with us, and whenever we called to try to get info they would put us on hold for so long that it wasn t even worth waiting for someone to get back on the line. Other than that it s been a good experience, if it wasn t for the check-in issue this would ve been a 5 star review.

Vacation all in one place. Seven pools, seven restaurants, shuttle service to take you around the resort was a little slow. But driving to places you wanted to go worked out great. Nice place to stay to visit Disney cuz it's not far. Really enjoyed the kids water park on property at this Resort

Beautiful resort that boasts of million dollar homes but the WYNDHAM Management does not have functioning washer and dryers in their units. Families are directed to the local coin laundry.

The room smelled and they kept changing us two rooms cuz these were nasty. Also they gave me a room that they were painting.

Such a great place for families. The water park is great for the kids.

Terrible service, far from everything, restaurants are few and suck, drinks are mediocre, simple things like drinking water in rooms not available.

Incredible!! The entire place is beautiful and sprawling. My villa was well furnished and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area.

2nd time at this resort and still love it! Rooms are great and staff are friendly. Offer bikes, pool, gym and water park onsite.

We had a really good time here.

The bad: We had issues with the shuttle there were multiple test when my son called for the shuttle, put his shoes on to go out and the shuttle never came, when he called the desk they said they came and he wasn't there. If that's the case they must have been outside when he called.

My brother-in-law called for a shuttle one evening to take the kids swimming, he waited for 20 min, when he called they told him the same thing. They sent another shuttle it came into the parking lot did a loop and left it did t come down to the back where our unit was.

We had to get a new key made and it didn't work, it wouldn't have been that bad if the club house wasn't so far away.

The water pressure wasn't very good, the good news if Multiple people in the unit shower at the same time it didn't seem to change.

The good:
I think this is the best that I have ever slept at a one of these condos. It's amazing how big this place is, I would have like to had another half day to walk around and explore. The have 3 golf courses that look let they would be alot of fun to play, it's nice to go on vacation and not feel like you stacked on top of 10 other families, with the space that they have it almost feels like you're out in the country.

We didn't have a car and we're able to Uber everywhere. To the store $9.00, the different Disney park between $15.00 and $23.00, medieval times $28.00, Universal $25.00. This was in February I'm not sure how the pricing is during the summer.

The room that we had was huge and very comfortable, we had 7 people 4 adult 2 monster teenager and 2 kids under 10. We had plenty of room and honestly could have fix a few more people In the unit without a problem. (I would never do that, and you shouldn't either, I'm just saying if someone was going to have people get air mattress and sleeping bags from Walmart and have people sleep on the deck this is where I would expect to see it)
They are building new units I'm not sure when they will be done, so soon no one would have to sleep outside.

They have spectacular birds flying around, we were in in one of the 11 pools one afternoon and counted 21 Hawks soaring different high above, I personally find that very relaxing. I saw at least on bald eagle.

Things I would like to see: I would like to have had a grill on the deck or even one downstairs in the back area, I couldn't imagine cooking inside in the middle of summer for a week. If the humidity doesn't bug you it might not be that bad.

It would be cool if the did a golf cart share (like lime scooters) outside of the units. I didn't want a car, (be warned the FL drivers are crazy) it would have been nice to take a golf cart to a pool, or to the office.

I would definitely stay here again.
