If you like management to telling you it s your problem when music from an event is so loud at 10pm it keeps your kids up...and that they have no limits on volume at their events...and that I should have known better before I booked since they have many events...
Then this is the hotel for you.
Customer service was beyond arrogant in their representation of what they deem acceptable at a hotel.
But I guess it s general run down and over used appearance matches the management s attitude
