Great for golfers not much else going on here. I've been to several resorts and they have all kinds of musicians playing by the pool , dance parties, karaoke nothing like that here

Large rooms and expansive grounds. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Great water park, fantastic for kids, kids program, first rate accommodations.

Top notch resort! Very clean en nice place to stay. Employees are very helpfull and quick with response.

It's BEAUTIFUL. All accommodations were on point except onsite transpo...we had a party of 86 & several condos & villas...popular week so we scattered throughout property...our main gathering place was a beautiful 15 bdrm/17 bath mansion...FABULOUS! I would definitely stay again.

Only complaint is getting in and out of the community. Only entrance was way out of our way and Lake Wilson Rd is insanely busy making it difficult to navigate.

This place was beautiful but it is ridiculous u have to wait 14days to get your deposit back from them, it should not take 2wks for u to get your money back this will stop me from coming back and recommending them to anyone else

Very beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing! My husband and I enjoyed our time. We will revisit the Reunion again, especially when it's warmer.

Stayed in condos on property. Wonderful setup, restaurants (Eleven) and nice pools, etc. Great location for attractions.

11 restaurant. Beautiful view. Delicious food, though a bit pricey.

We called a couple weeks in advance to see if we could check in early due to our flight arriving around 2pm and were told that it was no problem but when we arrived and after we had checked in and received our key cards we were told that our Villa wasn t ready and that they would call us as soon as it was ready, so we drove around the incredibly gorgeous grounds.
Then over 2 hours later and at the original check in time we did receive a call letting us know that our Villa was still not ready and that they were giving us Another Villa and that we had to come back and stand in the long check in line to receive new key cards. We then proceeded to the Villa 3 hours after initially arriving and we were greeted by Dirty nasty bathroom floors and Dirty dishes in the Cupboards! Then we opened the blinds to the deck only to have our view be A Wall of Trees 20ft in front of us and a Huge pile of dirt on our right which must have been from the construction going on on site. Now We as WorldMark by Wyndham club members were very upset with our accommodations and were told that the Villa we had was the only one left, Really you just called and told us that our original room was not yet ready!!! They clearly had given our room to a paying customer and threw us into the worst Villa on the grounds with no regard to our Club status, so we ended up spending all of our money off grounds at better establishments that wanted our money. We were asked repeatedly by people we met where we were staying and when we told them they asked why we weren t at our Resort , so we told them our story and let them all know Not to ever Stay At The Reunion. I now wish in hindsight we would have went back to Cabo or Hawaii to the Resorts that treated us like we were special and not Like second hand Customers. We have been WorldMark by Wyndham members for almost 10 years and have never experienced anything close to the disrespect I felt we received at the Reunion. And then the had the audacity to call us to go to a presentation that they said I had reserved at check in which we never had done!!!! I would have probably had gone to one because we were planing on buying more points anyway but now that I am seeing the way Members are treated I don t know if I want to be a Member especially not buying more points because I feel like the points I just used were basically stollen from us. Do not spend any points at this resort because as a WorldMark by Wyndham Member you will be treated like a piece of S !!!!

Very beautiful resort! Accomodations are top notch fitting of the Gold Crown designation. Checked in and our room was not ready, so they upgraded us to a Superior Villa. Big beautiful "room". I say "room" but this was basically a condo you would buy. Three bedrooms and three baths. Kitchen with separate dining area that melds into living area. Master bedroom is great with two walk-in closets. Huge master bath with step in shower, separate, deep tub, two sinks and toilet room. Sizeable balcony to enjoy outdoor meals and leisure time. Barely any noise from other guests in same building. Construction going on in the resort but it is not an issue at all. Very good amenities on property and the Water Park was very nice. We stayed here as part of our RCI vacation trade program. We will be back.

We were there for a footgolf tournament and the resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well taken care of and just really nice. The gentlemen who worked the golf carts were very courteous especially.

My family and I had a horrible experience with the catering and wedding sales manager Lisa, she was very unhelpful and every time we asked a question about the resort, she would say I don t know, check the website . It made no sense to even have her there. You would think the person they hire to tour people for weddings would have some knowledge of the place. We had recieved the proposal beforehand for our wedding and planned on confirming the venue, but after meeting with her, we decided we re better off somewhere else. I can t imagine how she would have been with trying to actually plan the wedding. The resort is really beautiful though, if only they had someone more people oriented as the wedding manager.

Been coming here for over 10 years. They still take care of you like you are royalty..

I was there for a wedding and everything was perfect.

The ambience, the atmosphere, the peacefulness, what is there not to love? I booked a 3bd Villa, fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2bath (reasonably priced) as a surprise for my husband. Upon check in the Villa was extremely clean, no odors from previous guests, and talk about space! I only saw my children when it was time for dinner. The view from our living room balcony was perfect for family dinner overlooking the resorts in golf course, and the balcony in the master bedroom was just right for a refreshing beverage and some intimate conversation. I have fallen in love with Reunion Resort. This has become my new secret getaway!

Nice place, but a few issues. A shuttle is available to get around the property, but getting in touch with the concierge to call for it is a problem. Limited hot water, only enough for 2 showers, then 3rd person is getting a cold shower. Some staff were friendly, some not so much.

Very beautiful resort with a very nice "at home" feel. Our room was very clean every day and we really enjoyed the feel and ambiance of the hotel.

This Resort is gorgeous, staff is amazing, and the restaurant on the top floor was fantastic!!!

Fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, kitchen, patio, living room. Walking distance to small pool and water park.

Rooms are beautiful. Large property with free onsite shuttle service. 15 min from Disney, 30 from Universal. Some of the area pools are small and crowded.

I think it would be better to stay at a hotel. When you stay at a hotel and something in your room breaks, you call the front desk and they give you another room (if it s something big).
Here, they say that they ll call the unit owner and recommend that they replace it, and nothing happens to make it right while you re here.

There s more accountability elsewhere, and you may save money that way, too.

Also, I suspect that the employees aren t treated well. One employee told me that he had to work 3 months with no days off because it was so busy. How can one have a work/life balance with a schedule like that?

Very Nice Place!! It's very big and spread out (better have some good walking shoes!). There are also shuttles to take you around on the resort. Pretty limited menu items at the restaurants. Pools are nice, but could be a little warmer. The Villas are very nice, clean and comfortable.

Great staff and service. Golf at resort amazing with 3 courses to choose from , designed by Palmer, Nicholas & Watson all courses brilliant & challenging.

Visited for a friend's wedding. Beautiful setting, impeccable furnishings.

Fabulous. Great service..a cpl of 'hick ups' but overall very enjoyable. Thank you for a great experience. My wife and daughter loved it

The service was nice. The condo had issues. Couldn't take a decent shower all weekend. The ice machine was broken, a bathroom door handle broke off trapping someone inside until someone from the outside opened the door. The pool and water park were amazing!

What a terrible place. Freezer and fridge were completely broken had to wait till CHEISTMAS DAY to get a new one!! SHOWERS DONT EVEN SHOOT WATER OUT!! Such a run down joint!

Treatment and customer service just does not live up to what it should be.

Not sure what was going on when I visited Reunion... Three staff members (yes THREE) randomly entered my room, without knocking! The rooms were fairly clean (I've seen much, much better). The staff seemed unorganized and unhappy, my guess is poor management. Seriously a disappointment.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at. rooms are really clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Great resort in the Kissimmee area, close enough to all the major parks but far away enough to be out of crowds. Three golf courses for the golfers, each course has its own challenges. Courses are well maintained and staffed with super friendly folks. Small heated water park for chilly days and cooling down on the hot days. You could go here and not have to leave the resort property. Multiple on sight restaraunts and Shuttle service within the resort. Have been there twice and will likely go again for the golf.

Stayed at numerous condos over the past 12 years but we love Reunion more than any other. When we talk about going to Orlando now, it's just understood we'll be staying at Reunion. Can't speak highly enough.

The restaurants are excellent, the golf courses are challenging, and the scenery is beautiful. Highly reccomend a weekend here.

I have never seen such a dirty rundown house as of not the address it shows it is this one 871 golden bear drive.
We paid for pool and hot tub and extra for accommodations
Bugs dead on the bed, dirty greasy dishes in the cupboard
Broken side table loose chairs rusted washing machine
We cannot apparantly talk to a supervisor...
I will NOT recommend be aware you are not supported or cared about once booked

We recently had our wedding held at Reunion Resort. We were so very happy, it was such a beautiful experience. Christina went above and beyond to make sure everyone was treated with excellence. Our guests flew in from all over the United states and enjoyed their rooms and the level of service that reunion provided. Our wedding was held on 2/22/20.
If you decide to get married at this location you will not regret it.
We had our ceremony outside in front of the fountain and our reception indoors in the ballroom.
Thank you for the experience guys, you have made a part of our history something to talk about for years to come!!!!!!

3rd time we have been, water parks, splash pads, close to theme parks, roof top dining at main center, see for yourself

Wow. Huge property! There are single rooms, up to houses to rent! Pools galore, included water park, golfing, restaurants. Why would you need to leave the property? We got a 3 bedroom suite. Large enough for 10 people if you sneak a couple in. Makes you wonder if which $150 per night stay is better.

Excellent resort, very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities and beautiful landscape.

A great condo for the price. No fees. A little pretentious. Quiet relaxing place. I can see why check in could be a challenge with only 2 people working front desk. I picked my time to ensure my wait would not be long. Pool and hot tub, wonderful. Trash in hallway to condo and leaf blowing at 8am at pool not so great. Grounds are nice and I don't golf. Lots to do. Definitely good value if u stay a few days and it is centrally located. It will be on my places to stay in Orlando going forward.
