This place was awesome. So many types of pools to choose from.

We have been here 2 times in 2 months that's how much we enjoyed it. The rooms are great no matter where you stay and the pool is too much fun for adults and kids!

Nice property but very spread out for social guests.

Attended a party in the ballrooms. Employees were all professional and friendly. Valet parking was available at the entrance. Bathrooms were very clean.

Large apartments are spacious with all the equipment. Everything was fine

We stayed at 1231 Radiant and loved it. The arcade room inside the house was excellent and the 2 theme bedrooms, Star Wars and the Princess Room, were loved by children and adults. The remaining 3 bedrooms were well furnished and very comfortable. The community itself is awesome and they are expanding their water park and a lot of their other amenities. If you're a golfer you will love the course and the clubhouse had excellent food. The miniature golf course was more my speed. Below are some pictures. Living room, kitchen and dining area we're all so perfect. Anything you could think of that you needed was there. Too much going on to mention it all. We will return!!

Hands down one of the best timeshare properties we have ever been to. This place has everything. Water park, great pools, good restaurants, and is only 15 min from Disney or 30 from Universal Studios. We have been to Reunion several times and will definitely be back again in the future.

My Husband and I usually rent a condo on excitement drive every summer which is beyond superb. however we decided to stay an extra day and we bought a suite in the Villas North. worst experience at this resort EVER!!!
first off we paid 300 plus dollars plus a 100 deposit for one NIGHT.
which wasn't an issue but as soon as we arrived we noticed the kitchen was dirty. the counters had what appeared to be old spaghetti splatter.
The balcony door handle was broke. also once placing my yoga matt on the floor and attempting to do my yoga i notice under the dressers had crumbs and was filthy. also the night stand had kid toys under it. but the icing on the cake was that the room was listed as a washer and dryer room but the dryer was broke so we had to take wet clothes back home on a 10hour road trip to North Carolina. i called the front desk twice to inform them that is not acceptable for 400.00 a night and they ensured me a manager would be in touch. its been 2 days still haven't heard from ANYONE!!!!!!!!! this is completely ridiculous. If the manager cares about their customers or Customer service someone needs to contact me immediately.

Honestly this place is awesome. Sometimes it's just nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the sounds of nature and mild traffic and golf balls getting hit. Felt at peace from the first night sitting on the balcony.

Huge ...complete with 11 pools , 3 golf courses, a gym, a water park and so much more. Very close to Disney world, universal studios, stores, and sea world

It was really a beautiful place. The room was gorgeous and the water park was a lot of fun.

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful community. Stayed here with family while my son attended a Jiu Jitsu tournament some months ago.

Welcome with a smile, courteous throughout stay. Overall excellent service by golf professionals and assistance. Everything was prompt...no waiting anytime. Thank you.

The location is away from major traffic and attractions but not a far drive. Staff is friendly and. Rooms are spacious and clean.

I stayed at a beautiful home owned by the resort. Fantastic place to stay on vacation!

There was confusion on many simple things. Like when we call to see what to do with the garbage we were told just put it outside the unit and someone would come by to pick it up. When it was there the next day we asked some of the workers near the unit and was told garbage pick up cost extra and the dumpster for US to throw away garbage was in the middle of all the buildings. Don't get me wrong, the staff was great and very friendly and the room was awesome and large, three bedrooms each with there own bathroom. However it seem the management needs to be better and get the crew all on the same page.

Because now I'm a part of this place!
It's very beautiful and lot's to do for the children in your family!

5 star resort they say? I beg to differ!
We chose this place because of the kid pool area and the pictures we saw online. We were only spending one night and chose a 3 bedroom villa and shared it with another couple and their children. Upon arrival at the resort, its looked good from outside. We go to check in and they advised us our room "is out of order," but a manager is doing a walk through and they will call us shortly to let us know when we can go to our room. Ok, no big deal. We arrive at our room and see the issues at hand. Ceiling is falling down in one room. Light bulbs are burned out, bugs smashed on the wall above the pantry. big hole behind the the front door where the handle slams into the wall, spackling on the ceiling that was not painted over to cover up the job and blend it in. Seeing as how a manager just walked through not sure what it would have done to call them and let them know. Guess this is the norm and what you get in these resorts.
On our last day we went to the club house for breakfast around 10:30ish. Slightly expensive, but hey, your at a 5 star resort right. Well, my family opted for the $20 breakfast buffet (me, spouse and child for $50.00) Eggs, cold. Bacon, cold, country potatoes, cold. Sausage hard as a rock.
So I go to get some milk, small box of cereal and juice. Milk was Luke warm even though it was in a coffee insulated mug. It was probably in there since they opened early that morning. No bowls to put your cereal in. Had to use a glass cup. Over heard the staff complaining that they needed help and were short.
Overall, I would not be coming back here, especially for the amount of money this place costs. Ive been to cheaper hotels that were in far better shape than this one. Anyone want pictures? Let me know and Ill send them over.

Very nice, 3 golf courses. 10 pools, condo was clean. Restaurants were good.

This is a large collection of different condominium buildings and private vacation residences, sharing the same main office at the Reunion building. The resort has a great water park for children, great accommodations, golf courses, tennis courts, and an overall relaxing and happy atmosphere. Staff are helpful. A wonderful place to stay for a vacation!

Great place for a family vacation... only rate it down on "ancient" TVs... really need an upgrade in electronics

An beautiful resort filled with vacation homes. There's something for everyone and the 5 bedroom home we stayed it was great for our girls getaway. Also has restaurants and bars onsite, free 24 shuttle service (because the resort is huge), golf courses and even a water park.

Great lazy river and excellent service. I also loved the Villas. I will definitely be coming back here, highly recommend it

I must admit, I feel really out of place here but that is totally my own fault. I am not used to staying in a place where they always call me by my last name or Sir. Between that and the price of everything, I am a fish out of water.

That aside, this place is great! I am here on my honeymoon and we could not be happier! It may have taken our life savings to get and stay here (not to mention everything we are doing), but this is by far the BEST vacation we have had. We have a king size bed in a one bedroom deluxe Villa located directly across from The Grande. We are right on the first hole of two of the golf courses. I can not say it is a gorgeous view, but it definitely beasts seeing another building or being home.

We have only been in one of the pools here, but we have seen the rooftop pool. The rooftop pool is four feet deep and is only open until 5:00 PM, when Eleven, the rooftop restaurant, opens; two strawberry daiquiris from here were $30.10 when we went in May 2018.

The other pool we have been in is located right around from where we are. This pool has a bar but that closes at 5:00 PM. I find this crazy! There have been many times we have been there at 9:00 PM and wanted a drink poolside. Alas, this pool has two sides and from the stairs in the middle it goes from three feet to five outwards. There is also a free pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table here. The fitness center overlooks the pool and there is an additional game room that requires tokens to play (bill changer in room).

We stayed for nine days and loved every minute!

Played the Palmer course, probably the best golf course I've ever played. Been able to play "The Blue Monster", and Copperhead, the Palmer course is better than both of them.

They have a couple of critter problems. Some I accept because we are in Florida but others could be helped.

Had rented an apartment at Reunion and it was a fantastic apartment, overlooking the driving range at the resort.

My family has stayed on numerous occasions in the Wyndham section of condos. The units are always spacious and clean. Great amenities including many pools and a fantastic water park. We always have a great time!

I got a room on the 8th floor. Absolutely fantastic. The rooms are huge. They have a full kitchen and fridge. The bathrooms are large as well. In my experience hotel food is lame but here they have a person make you things fresh on the spot. I had the most delicious omelet for breakfast. The area around the hotel is great too. There's a mini water park, bike rentals, and local events like flag football. Just buckets of fun. I definitely recommend staying here.

I believe that the location of this resort places it within the horse latitudes.

The best part was the service. Everyone to include the door greeters, cleaning staff, and shuttle operators were friendly. They have a pool on the 11th floor. And the property at reunion is huge. We rented a golf cart and went to go see all the mansions. Nice experience

It's very nice. Wr only have a 1 bedroom for some reason and are a family of 4. The couch pulls out to a bed so we can make due. We're coming from a resort near by that wasn't as nice but had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The amenities here are much nicer though, other than a bathtub in the bedroom. That's just weird.

Rooms were big and pleasant. The golf courses and food was also good. Seems more like an extended stay place, than a hotel for a night or two, as roomservice was a scarce without requesting day in day out.

Wish I could give zero stars. Beware when you stay at this place. MOST rooms are privately owned, not by the hotel! Those rooms are not cleaned, and the hotel couldnt help with any request at all. I took my family there and entered a room that had bugs on the bed. I tried to switch rooms and the hotel couldn t help me because it was privately owned. They gave me a phone number to call for assistsance. I was told I was under contract and would have to stay there. Seems like now I ll have to sue them to get my $1,300 back. Which I will do. Buyer beware! Check out other hotels. I will make sure I post this to every review website that I could find.

This is our second time staying at the grande. We would love to give it 4 stars, but the service is just not that great. Both times staying here our room wasnt ready at checkin (after 4pm). This time we requested the same room as our previous stay or comparable, but we were put in another room and had to move mid stay. We had to push for this and the people at the desk were unconcerned and unapologetic. She actually left for ten minutes without stating what she was doing. Someone else offered to assist me and when she opened the door, i found the girl who was supposed to be helping me playing with another girls hair. Real professional!!
Other than the registration staff and the entire process, everything was great. Beautiful large room, beautiful grounds, housekeeping and valets were friendly and helpful and perfect drive to the park. We will be back, but i hope the customer service improves or it willbe the last time.

1- no cleaning
2- the smell so bad
3- the rug very dirty
4- a lot but a lot worm
5- the master bath does not drain the joy
6- the other two bathrooms have no hot water

This place was way beyond my expectations. I was upgraded to a three bedroom suite for apparently no reason whatsoever.

Excellent. Maybe there was no option to include food. Otherwise very good.

This place is my favorite staycation resort in Central Florida. Very extra clean resort, a cozy water park for the kids, excellent staff. Keep up the works guys.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The service, decor, environment, amenities, etc were impeccable.

Absolutely amazing. The room was of course beyond gorgeous and had everything we needed, but it was the staff who really made it special. It was my birthday weekend and they had all signed a card for me. We asked for more salt and had brought it to us incredibly fast. The roof top pool is beautiful! Highly recommend!

The waterpark was great and the staff was very friendly

What an awesome luxury home for coaches who take a sports team to Orlando!

We took our kids on a little getaway here right before school started.
The place was nice and open and plenty of room. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning.
We took the kids at lazy river, they had fun. The service there was terrible. We asked for a sever multiple times and no one would come.
The restaurants there are amazing.
On our second day, we noticed ants all over the living room and kitchen. We didn t complain, we cleaned everything up ourselves, we just wanted a calm getaway.
After five days, we were ready to go.
Soon as we got home, we noticed my sons $1400 MacBook was missing. My son remember that he had left it on the bed in the master bedroom where we all decided to pack everything up. Our little baby was not in a good mood so we had to hurry up and leave.
We contacted the resort right away, multiple times, over and over again. Transferred and we were told over and over again someone would call us back, no one did, not once.
We kept being transferred from department to department and no answer from anyone.
Once we finally spoke to someone in house keeping, the communication was horrible. The lady was rude, kept screaming at me we don t have your tablet, we don t have your tablet . Every time I spoke to someone, I had to tell the story over and over again for days because there was no communication between the staff there. The location of the laptop can not be traced because it s off. Till this day, we have not received a phone call or email regarding our lost item. I will never go back here again. EVER! My son is in school now and I have to purchase a new laptop.

The hotel is very nice especially if you get one of the two or three bedroom units. The golf courses are always in great shape, highly recommend stopping in and playing if in the Orlando area. It's right down the road from Champions Gate another great track.
