Worst experience ever . Not only did we have to wait two hours to get checked in we were rained out with torrential downpour our first day of golf with no refund. Their response was use it or lose it . The service was absolutely atrocious and our room was filthy upon arriving. They have an excuse for everything and talking to a manager is an absolute waste of time , they try to put you off on someone else and give you an absolute runaround. We have spent thousands at this resort and they obviously do not care at all about their customers. There are many resorts in the state of Florida I would highly recommend choosing any one of them over reunion resort we will never be coming back here.
