Worst food offer ever. Almost every single restaurant was closed all days in the evenings. Long waiting time ! Restaurant and rooming service did not pick up the phone for more then an hour trying since official operation time. Longest waiting time i ever had at a hotel to get response.gave up
Grocery store / Starbucks said it is open from 7:00-reception said from 6:30
Finally opened at 8:20 after several requests

Lots more to complain.
Temperature was crazy cold inside
