Resort is beautiful the golf was great and the service was amazing

Stunning, relaxing, highly entertaining for the whole family.

No complaints, beautiful place, nice ample apartments, away from busy streets... good golf course and landscaping.

People are kind and helpful. Cool, rather cold inside. Good location.

love being here, would consider living here if it was not near Orlando

Wonderful stay! Just stayed with family mid Sept. 2018.
Had a 3 bedroom 2 bath, nearly 1600 square feet!
Stayed in the Heritage Crossing area, R-302.

We had a large, uncrowded pool just outside our room.
Waterpark about 2/3 mile away. There is parking just across street.

We had full size washer/dryer!
TV's in all rooms. Very quiet property.
About a ten minute drive to Disney and a lot less expensive!

Only negitive was our unit was extremly hot! We had to turn the AC down to low 60's to get the bedrooms into mid 70's!

We didn't golf but they have 3 championship golf courses!

Beautiful as always. Noticed pools were a little bit dirty though...

We had a whole family reunion ( mind the pun ) service excellent a family member has a time share. Kids friendly water park. Many pools to swim. Get a chance check it out.

This was our fourth stay in Reunion Resort. We love the condos and the landscaping is always inprecible. There are so many pools and not far from Disney, and even Walmart! We love to come to this friendly, beautiful resort. Very relaxing!

Very comfortable, cozy place to stay with plenty of space. Much better value than staying on Disney property because you have a full fridge, full kitchen and 3x the space for a lower rate

This place is beautiful. I will always stay here from now on. It is truly a 5 star resort.

Staying at one of the homes that you can rent through the resort while on vacation with my girlfriend's family. The resort is beautiful and they are very hospital with just about anything you ask/may need.

Amazing resort. Staff was very courteous, rooms were massive and felt exactly like home. Will be definitely be coming back here for all our Orlando trips in the future.

Great resort. Close to Disney with own water park and golf... Quiet property

Our tour guide was wonderful and the units were very nice.

Had a wonderful visit. Stayed in Villa South. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Had a meal at Eleven by the pool and were able to see the fireworks from Disney. Great view and very good food and service. Enjoyed the water park with the lazy river. On our last night, we had drinks and a light dinner at the Clubhouse. This was also good food and great atmosphere with live music by James Brocato. Very enjoyable.

Huge spacious rooms but the check in process was unclear and inefficient. There's two different lines, unclear signs had us switching over to the other counter. And a few unhappy servers at restaurant eleven. But overall the place itself was beautiful and picture perfect.

I stayed here a night because I was a volunteer for the Turner Classic (a charity golf tournament for Goodwill) and it s a beautiful resort. The rooms and houses are beautiful, and the golf course is huge. I enjoyed my time there so much!

This is my 4th visit and I must say very disappointed .. For what we pay to come to this resort to relax and enjoy family time I don't think it's fair to charge to clean my room or pay for towels. They say new owners and not sure why they are reinventing the wheel. We never had to pay for this at all and what's with no life guards that's also new I can keep going on but I can say big difference from my last stay this maybe my last visit .

The resort itself was wonderful, however the timeshare staff openly admitted to trying to manipulate me and my significant other into making purchases and denied us access to some of their activities afterwards

We stayed in a beautiful 4 bedroom villa at Patriots and couldn't be happier, the golf and tennis were awesome!!

Nice courses and facilities. Although, some of the fairways could use some TLC.

The resort is okay, I'm sure that October is the off season and there's more going on in the summer but most of the amenities that are advertised on the resort are open inconsistently and often close early. It seemed like the resort was a tad understaffed and seemed flustered by our group.

Beautiful grounds, pools are great, waterpark is great, rooms are beautiful. Cost to have a snack or a drink is excessive. If they were to get the pricing inline this would be a 5 star review

Very good champion golf courses; Jack Nicklaus, Palmer and Watson.
Employees were friendly and helpful. Nice heated water park, our grand children enjoyed. Good location, close to Disney World. The best family resort for golfers.

Very nice hold resort, has everything you could need

We had a wonderful sister's weekend here. Lunch at the clubhouse on arrival was good. We also used the pool and spent time at the water park. The grounds were beautiful for walking and cycling.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean.

I will never stay in this luxury resort again. The room wasn t luxury at all and neither was the service or anything else about this stay. You can t charge $20 a drink and call yourself luxury. There wasn t really anyone staying the week we went until the last 2 days and they put us in a room right beside the highway. Let me do this in point form:
Our safe didn t work
Highway was loud you could hear everything
Ants in the room
Outdated
The pool was dirty every day
The service at the bar in the waterpark was terrible. You would wait a half hour for a drink and this was the busiest day we were there- it still wasn t even that busy because there were plenty of chairs still.
Also, you know how many people are scheduled to be in your resort you need to up the staff.
There were no towels at the waterpark.
They locked our keys out at 11am when checkout was confirmed for 1pm. We were in the pool behind our room until 1230 with no car keys and luckily one phone so we could call security to let us in. Otherwise we would have to walk all the way to the hotel which was across the highway. Once again no one in sight working other than the guy power washing the building.
When we asked for fresh sheets nobody would pick up the sheets we left out of the room for literally days!!! Did you forget about us because you stuck us in the corner in nowhere land?
There s no place to dry your bathing suits from the water park
We ran out of garbage bags and coffee filters and basically everything you need to stay for 9 days. Housekeeping should know how long we re staying so we don t have to call down for items.
I will never be returning to this resort ever and I suggest you don t either. Bonnet creek is 100 times better than this place and it s not listed at luxury .

Lovely place to stay on vacation will definitely come back! Quiet an peaceful and also good for kids it has a waterpark with in the resort!

We had a huge group for my husbands 40th and they are very accommodating. The beds were super comfy.

Huge condos, well kept facilities. The sports bar on site has really good salads

Nicc place to go to getaway, even if you are not a a golfer.

Favorite place to stay in Central Florida. My home away from home. Recommend anyone coming to the area to experience the Dream.

We had an issue with our bed and customer service was amazing! We got a brand new bed without switching rooms; saving us vacation time! Our room is gorgeous and view is spectacular! This was all done within in two hours. I'm so impressed and would return to this resort in a heartbeat! Facility and staff is great. Thank you reunion!

Stunning location. Best service. Very very nice golf track.

Just visited for a timeshare presentation. The buildings and grounds are very nice, but the marketing staff can be very dogged in their pursuit of a sale. We agreed to spend 90 minutes at a timeshare presentation, but ended up being there over 3.5 hours. My wife was getting quite stressed as her medical condition meant she urgently needed to eat, having over run by so long. They did however deliver the promised gift cards even when we didn t purchase.

Rented a 3 bedroom villa. It was nice, relatively upscale, and had good access to Disney. Would recommend for family vacation very nice kids water park.

Very nice resort. Lobby and convention space is very well designed. Staff is very friendly and outgoing.

Phenomenal neighborhood with many different amenities offered throughout. Well designed custom homes throughout & a good vibe all around. Although, the Spa has been temporarily closed for some time now.

Had a wonderful time with my Kids Highly recommend.

This is fairly common for a Resort Hotel. We had booked a three-bedroom sweet. It was clean and had everything that it needed. The beds were pretty comfortable. There were a few overlooks on maintenance such as light switches that didn't work and there was a toilet that didn't flush correctly. One thing that was nice about it was it had a fridge with water and a water filter. It was pretty much everything that I expect I'm something like this.

I was spoiled with pictures in Buckingham, and when I got married it turned out that the old resort had rented a villa and gave me a three-room apartment and a shale with them and treated the employees unprofessional and not familiar with the work and the resort is far away on the outskirts of the city and I do not recommend lodging there in Orlando resorts there is a soul in the Kissimmee and Liberation area either Raynum Allah Lester Khabur ate a salary and the amount was not recovered, but was returned to the residence of the first Regal Oaks

I played the Watson course this past weekend for the Wounded Officers Initiative and it was a great course. The greens are in great shape and the layout is very nice. It was difficult but fun and I would recommend playing the courses. The resort looked amazing and I'd like to stay for a weekend.

The most beautiful and best vacation resorts thus far. We stayed at one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen in my life. I believe we home had eight to nine bedrooms house as well as eight to nine bathrooms ,2 game rooms , a movie theater, a private pool, private pool tables on the back, deck arcade. Must I continue? Like literally this Resort is so amazing. When arriving, you have to enter through a security gate where you are given a paper or tag to put in your dash so that security knows you are allowed to be on resort property. I couldn't believe how beautiful the house was when we pulled up and lucky me, we were going to be there a week. From my understanding it cost about $6,000 for one week to rent this home. I believe aside from my family of 5 there were five other families that also were there with us for a family reunion. we all totally had enough space and I never felted squished or like there wasn't enough space. When on the resort property, it's huge, there are so many homes for rent. so many hotels ,water parks, golf courses, I mean the space is amazing. You can get lost. On one of the weekend nights we were there we went to one of the hotels on the resort and went to the rooftop deck bar. There were not a lot of people there, maybe three aside from our group of 15 or so. The only thing I didn't like was the DJ seemed like he catered to the 2 or 3 guests that we already there regarding the music he was playing. He gave me a strange frown when I made a request for a song. I imagine it was because they were there first, but I don't know. The scenery was beautiful it was quiet I was really surprised there weren't more vacationers but this is definitely a beautiful place to go. If you're going to Orlando I really suggest finding a space to rent here if you're doing a large event with family and friends I would totally take advantage of one of these very very large homes here. When I tell you they are so beautiful, that's probably an understatement. This gets 5 stars. A few nights we put the kids in the bed and turned on the blue pool lights, grabbed a few beers and the floating pool chairs and literally just enjoy the night relaxing, laughing, and listening to music until 3 am. This is just a night I'll never forget memories I can never. A MUST SEE & EXPERIENCE. yOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I was attending the footgolf tournament. While it was raining they did provide carts with a cover to protect my stuff as well. The course itself was beautiful as well.

Went for 18 holes of footgolf. Beautiful course. $30 is the most I've spent on footgolf but we all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return.

This place is pretty nice, However the time share staff both corporate and sub contractors are sadly lacking. We waited for well over 1.5 hours to get served in there restaurant onsite. The kicker is that the place only had 5 tables going and a limited menu. Only 1 manager to over see 2 restaurants in the main building/sales office.

Reunion is so beautiful and fun. Best place near Disney World to stay when vacationing with your family or a group of people. Very secure, great location, and plenty to do inside and around Reunion.

What a GREAT place, been coming here for 10 years and it only gets better.

The accommodations are pretty nice, not super fancy, but great for a family overnight stay. Not too far from the theme parks. Decent price point, and they have the option of getting a room that has a hot tub, or one with a kids pool.
