Great resort. Huge property. Pristine golf courses. Not alot of info on checkin and there was no info packet in our room. Had to go searching for where things are and how the transportation worked.

It is a beautiful resort. Every experience was great aside from housekeeping trying to come in our room without knocking when we had "do not disturb" on our door. That was disconcerting to say the least.

Took my son & wife to Disney world for his 8th birthday & we stayed at this resort it was really nice had 3 bedrooms washer & dryer we had the best time ever

I wanted to like this place but it was the worst customer service I have experienced. We were locked out of our room from 7-10:30 one night because the lock was broken, shuttles to go anywhere took an hour before arriving, the Waterpark is not a Waterpark, and the drinks were extremely overpriced.

Only stayed for a night and day but the villa was very nice, had a pool nearby and was fairly quiet and away from a ton of noise. Enjoyed the day at the water park mainly relaxing in the lazy River. Overall it was a very good experience.

A little pricey, but the resort is really nice. The restaurant upstairs, Eleven, is delicious and the staff at the place is helpful!

After getting room keys and heading toward villa, found out that keycards didn't work and took over an hour for them to come over and open the door for us. Received a $25 credit towards breakfast. The room or rooms I should say though are great. Have a three bed three bath, really spacious.

Great resort with lots of pools and places to hang out. The staff was very pleasant and the experience was enjoyable. Would come again.

Pretty nice. Obviously needs a little better maintenance on structures. The water pressure for showers leaves much to be desired. Many amenities closed for private parties, so aren't available for use. Etc

First room was dirty. Hairs on the sink bed smelled. The water had a funny odor. Shuttle driver drove like a maniac, passed us so fast drove on the wrong side of traffic. Secondly our door would not open with the key so we had to be let in by security everytime we went into our room.

Thew hotel itself is very dutifulness. The rooms, service, ambience, and dining facilities have always been superb and I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice people around the rooms where clean a bit of bigs but they werent spiders or anything bad the beds where clean and its very big the pools where nice and relaxing the cabanas where very nice every one thst worked here got the job done and didnt ask questions if u asked them something the view was amazing the firework show was so cool 10/10 if u are in orlando and need a place to stay, stay here

Overall stay was amazing. Went for a bachelorette weekend/bridal shower. Christie was amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bathroom tissue handle was broken and cleanliness of room was a major concern. Wasn't too sure if our room was cleaned properly prior to check in. Huge wasp nests outside of window from main bedroom area.

2nd time here and can again say it is clean, relaxing and fun. No need to go to Universal or Disney if you want a less stressful vacation as there are multiple pools onsite within a few minutes easy walk and an Incredible water park!

We accommodated 5 kids and 7 adults easily in our 3 bedroom condo. We had to call maintenance 1 time and they were there at night within 15 min

This is an awesome resort. Has all of the amenities you want (good food at various price levels, multiple pools, golf, and spa) with a small, neighborhood feel. Free shuttle service within the gates. Villas are spacious and we were upgraded from a 2BDR to 3BDR. I would definitely stay here again!

really like the room is nice and big wish wish I could have stayed a little bit longer so I could have enjoyed the full amenities of the place but I was there celebrating my 40th birthday and had to hit Epcot. The staff was wonderful and everybody was helpful definitely will stay back there again

Bad service keys didn't work for two days smelled like manure every morning electric tripped had to wait for the next day for repair

A great place for kids! We loved the waterpark. The hot air balloons could be seen from our porch in the morning. So beautiful and a great way to start the day

Our stay was perfect. Great accommodation and service. Kids had a great time at the (heated)water park. Tennis lessons are slightly expensive but the pro was able to improve my game drastically after a one hour lesson. I want to go back for sure.

Beautiful experience so far! We are staying in the South apartments and are very impressed with our place for 8 people. Good service, 2400 acres with 10 pools and tons of amenities we've yet to check them all out. Highly recommend this resort!

A perfect end to a wonderful cruise and vacation! Dinner was amazing, and we felt like home in our beautiful suite. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful family place to be. Golf, waterpark, biking, walking anything you want or need is there!

Need more hd channels and hoop court would be nice too , other than that everything's perfect...

Elegant, spacious, and homey. I felt comfortable. These were decorative, fully furnish, and upscale condominums with a lot amenities.

Not hotel a calling themselve a resort.

Its pricey but you get your moneys worth. Excellent water park.

My husband and I have been coming here for years and always enjoy our stay, except for this morning! We are only here for 2 nights because this is our last stop before heading home. We just spent 5 months in fl working and just wanted a little rest before we hit the road to Pittsburgh. They have been power washing outside of our villa since at least 8 maybe a little earlier, it's now almost noon and they are still at it! That's not how we wanted to be woken up and hear all day. You should at least give guest a heads up that way we could have been put somewhere else. I still gave 5 stars because we have never had an issue till today.

Very clean and welcoming. Large rooms with plenty of utensils. Felt like a nice apartment home.

Super resort, with lots of activities and great rooms

We've only been here for 24 hours and love it so far. We're in a 3 bedroom villa a quarter mile from the water park. There are restaurants on property that we will take a shuttle to as they are a little further away. It's close to highway access for things around Orlando (Disney is fairly close by)

My family stayed there last week and couldn't have asked for a better place. Right from the begining the valet attendant (Orville) met me at the entrance, introduced himself, opened the door for me and showed me where to check in. Next was Monique working at the front desk and she was extremely wonderful. We stayed 4 nights and ever night upon our return Orville greeted us, opened the door for us and wished us a good evening. I dont know how much he makes but that man is top notch in my book and my book is pretty darn strict.

The room was beautiful. Beyond my expectations. Stayed in room 408. Room service was excellent as well. If I could complain about anything it would be the towels are to thin but that is it. If we ever travel to Florida again we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful resort, the room was wonderful! Amenities were a little spread out but transportation was available upon request.

This resort is 5 miles from Disney, has the greatest restaurants 8 pools, and a water park, 3 golf courses, meticulously groomed. Where you are pampered by everyone, look it up, one thing the restaurants are all great, while staying there, you don't drive, take the jitney, you will love this resort

Great resort. The pools were great, clean condo's, excellent customer service. Extremely quiet and relaxing.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Reunion resort. Both times we were down there for Disney. Only 15-20 min to the parks. The rooms were amazing, with many amenities, and very spacious. The staff were always polite.

A great resort. Clean, safe and of course. It's really huge as a place so the experience may differ from the cartier you are. Several pools on site but be careful with the waterpark as it is not included with all rental units.

Six of us spent a week at this resort and had the greatest experience. Condo was clean and fully stocked, including all kitchen utensils and dishes. The area was quiet, especially at night. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful and speedy; When a smoke detector battery needed to be replaced, they arrived less than 10 minutes to fix it. The waterpark looked great for all ages, however, we didn't have time to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!

Always a beautiful day at Reunion Resort. Spending quiet time at One of the community pools, or an adventure at the waterproof - the lazy river is my speed, but there is plenty to explore. A full bar for the adults, and snacks for the kids, they have you covered. Golf more your speed, try one (or all THREE) Master planned courses. Glimpse the incredible homes as you drive the ball straight down the fairway. Or try Footgolf, for a new way to experience the wonders of the beautifully maintained courses. End the day on the top floor (11th) at the 11 restaurant. Gorgeous view of the property by day fades into a romantic sight of fireworks from Disney nearby. For a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral this is one of the best views, and depending on the rocket, you can hear and feel the power as it passes from our world into the next. Wonderful getaway, though still close to home, give your self the permission to do nothing or maybe something fun. Either way it is waiting for you at Reunion.

Very comfortable, well maintained and clean living facilities.

Extremely nice resort. 3 amazing and challenging golf courses, rooms were really spacious and clean. The service was great as well. Shuttles will take you from your room to anywhere on the resort.

After a room change and a shower repair, our stay was very enjoyable. Our valet's attention to detail (and his going above and beyond in all aspects of service) is the actual reason why we give it 5 stars!

Beautiful resort with many activities. We stayed here for our Disney week. We could have stayed an extra week just to enjoy the resort. The day we arrived we did get to visit the little water park and our kids ( ages 5 & 7) loved it. The lazy river is nice for adults, but kids over 10 or 12 years old may find the water park less entertaining.

Went to a wedding in October here in the back tent. Ceremony was in the courtyard just steps away. Cocktails were on the patio. Dinner in the tent down the stairs. Bathroom was a fancy port a potty but nice. It was way too hot in the tent. They had AC, bit it didn't cut it once dancing started. Granted it was 90 degrees that day. Any cooler probably would have been fine. There were NO TOILETRIES in the bathrooms though. For a wedding I normally expect hair pins, deodorant, etc in case of emergency. I asked the hotel and they didn't have anything, thought that was strange. Overall the wedding was beautiful, hotel was accommodating (though fancy and lots of white people).

Beautiful condos, lots to do in the Orlando area. Plenty to do at Reunion itself!

The accommodations and services are outstanding. They have something for everyone here and just minutes from the theme parks. Highly recommend Reunion Resort for your next vacation, golf outing, or business conference.

Our condo was nice but the rugs were stained and dirty. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms and took 4 days for anyone from Florida vacations to respond. It never was fixed. We were promised the water park in price, but Florida Vacations ran out of passes so we had to go to reunion resorts and speak to a manager to get a pass. Last but not least we checked out and realized I left some clothes and jewelry behind in a drawer, called to recover items with no luck, they wouldn't let us back in to retrieve even though it was unoccupied. 2 weeks later after at least 20 phone calls they told me the items were no longer they and they couldn't help me any longer, I think they were just sick of me calling. Stay away from Florida Vacations.

Great place to stay, if u rent from Reunion Resort itself, not 3rd party.

Absolutely awesome place. The House we rented was top notch and far more than I expected. The Nicholas golf course was the hardest and most beautiful course I have ever played. The pool, bars and restaurants were all fantastic. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This place is in the middle of nowhere. It's nice - the usual gaudiness and guilt and plastic and stucco of Orlando resort hotels. Oddly, no restaurants actually inside the hotel proper are open for lunch.

Beware! Bait and switch. Booked last minute and rushed this.

They show the nicest room they have on property but when you arrive... not so much.
The parking and resort fee is about an additional $60 a day. And housekeeping I believe is another $30+.
Normally I wouldn t mind. But not for this kind of room. Should not be advertised as a 5 star property nor should they be posting different pictures of other rooms.

What's not to love. There is a pool every where you look. The one we go to has a pool bar. With great food. Nice neighborhood, its gated so there isnt a bunch of traffic.

I had to pay more for the room than what i booked it for. There was lots of confusion at the front desk, they dont seem to communicate well there.staff
Was rude and didnt seem to care about the issues i had with my stay.Never again.
