The two stars is only for a beautiful golf course ...

The two stars is only for a beautiful golf course with pretty buildings. Beyond that the service is subpar and the customer service/desk people and concerierge people are clueless. For example we asked for the shuttle to pick us up at villas north and the front desk response was that they didn t know where that was. Ridiculous. Will not go back unless service changes and would not recommend to others
