Great place with great amenities, the resort is very well kept and has an AMAZING water park. Plus the resort itself is located in a convenient area, restaurants and stores are all within 5 minutes of the resort. The only complaint I have is they were 2 hours late with checkin, we arrived from Delaware at 1pm knowing check-in wasn t until 4pm, so we just went to the water park to wait after letting them know we were here. They let us know that when the room becomes available they ll let us know. 4pm is supposed to be their check-in time, unfortunately our room was not ready until 6pm and they made no effort to communicate any updates with us, and whenever we called to try to get info they would put us on hold for so long that it wasn t even worth waiting for someone to get back on the line. Other than that it s been a good experience, if it wasn t for the check-in issue this would ve been a 5 star review.
