Spacious, clean, heated lazy river, beautiful property, 10min drive or less to Publix

One of the best places we have stayed in awhile. The room was clean and the staff is excellent. The pools are well kept and out kids loves the water park. We will definitely be back. We stayed at Mystic Dunes recently and WOW what a disappointment. That place has nothing compared to Reunion. Love, love love it here!!

Beautiful Resort with plenty of activities for families, couples or singles. If you can rent one of the Vacation Homes it's completely worth it.

Stayed with 10 others in a large villa and played golf for 6 days. Accommodation standard was fantastic but the resort was slow at fixing faults and had a poor knowledge of its own property. Check in was diabolically slow but this was down to one poor member of staff. The golf facilities, staff and service were first rate and we were able to play on all three courses even though Hurricane Irma had hit just a week before. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook only this time push for better hotel service faster.

Only place I stay when in Orlando since I discovered it

Excellent resort! Very clean and huge room. Hotel and surroundings were beautiful. The waterpark was amazing for kids and adults both. The kids would have spent all day at the waterpark alone. There are many other things to do but I have to admit we spent most of our days at the pool and waterpark.

Getting the rooms took way too long. We had to call them after a hour or two and the room was still not ready. Bad service.

Reunion Resort is a very inviting, welcoming, and professional environment conducive to relaxation and productiveness. The staff is always accommodating and willing to do whatever needed to make your stay enjoyable.

After staying at this resort..we arrived home in Ga & I realized I had left 2 rings there. Very expensive wedding ring to me that took 18 yrs to get and my daughters birthstone ring..who recently passed away. I thought for sure they were gone. Housekeeping turned them in and reunion mailed them to me! The words "Thank You" just doesnt come close to how grateful i am. My daughters ring is priceless and not replaceable! Thank You again Reunion & God Bless the person that turned my rings in!!!!

Very nice, and clean! Loved all the amenities and the kids loved the waterpark! Would definitely return.

What a place, and I don't even play golf! Everything you would expect from a 5 star resort!

Very expansive resort so be ready to drive or walk a lot to get to the pools or main building (if you're staying at the villas). Otherwise very clean, fun, safe and will come back no doubt.

Love reunion, had Thanksgiving with my family twice

The resort itself is great....much better than expected. The Worldmark/Wyndham customer service is not good. There is one person assigned to Worldmark/Wyndham and most of the times you need to leave a message to get helped.

I stayed here twice its amazing clean rooms, service was excellent alittle pricey but its worth it. I love it.

Although the rooms are nice and spacious, we didn t enjoy our stay here. Haven t even been here 24 hours and it sucks that you have to drive everywhere you go, including the pool. The WiFi didn t even work while we were here. This was for my birthday and I didn t even enjoy it. Back to work Monday and was supposed to feel refreshed. Not one bit am I relaxed, refreshed, anything close. Haven t even seen a worker to help us, they don t answer the phones when you truly need their help. They don t get back to you fast when you leave messages. Never staying here ever again. Was expecting to recieve more amenities with the price I paid, never again. We will go stay at our regular hotel from now on. At least they treat you better there.

Fabulous. Golf, tennis, swimming pools. Close to Disney. Beautifully landscaped and maintained.

Massive resort with 3 golf courses, pools, water park and restaurants. We stayed in a Wyndam 3 bedroom Villa. Kid friendly pool right outside our room. 2 minute drive was a full service water park (bar, food) complete with lazy river. Main resort building has rooftop pool where at night you can see Disney fireworks.

Amenities were excellent, very clean and great service

Service is super nice and accommodating. Clean and quiet we enjoyed our stay here so much we bought a time share!

This place is absolutely beautiful if there any flaws I didn't see any unfortunately if your budget content this is not your place. My timeshare presentation was a eyeopener great sales pitch but things have definitely changed over the years...

This place is nice but no cable tv, no wifi or working phone in our room. Maintenance came and then left, said he be back and we never saw him again. A hotel that expensive should have competent maintenance staff.

Staying in 3 bedroom condo, excellent details, beautiful rooms and furniture. Will opt to stay here again in the future.

Went to my friends weddibg. Beautiful resort with a beautiful ballroom. The wedding was outdoors. Everything went very well

Excellent the place, the facilities and the cleaning service ... but the reception was terrible.
They did not notify us of the codes for each area, the first day we needed additional sheets for a bed and it took them 2 and a half hours to come. We had to go to the reception 3 times to look for them (until at 11:30 p.m. we demanded that they not promise to send them more than we removed them) the reception staff always with a bad face and do not inform the client or speak.
We did the check in and after we read the data they gave us the apartment card and they did not tell us which room it was or where we had to go ..... and we had to ask ...

Other then the very very slow bartenders at the waterpark bar, everything was awesome.

Although we faced issues, senior management did step in at the end to make us feel like valued customers, and address our issues.

Do not stay here. Check in took close to an hour. This place is a dump. I have stayed at cheap hotels that are nicer. No dead bolt on room. No lock on slider door to patio. Door knob from bathroom comes off. Towel holder falls off wall when you put a towel on it. Base board in bathroom is rotted.

Nice resort, but it is a little crazy trying to play golf with over 200 people on the course. The day before I played, the had the Invitational, with 140 player. I had to play waiting 3 to 5 minutes for every shot. I finally had to call the pro shop and requested a refund and ended my play after 5 hole.
